Análisis y seguimiento del programa de mantenimiento de Copetran Ltda

Abstract

Este informe tiene como fin presentar un análisis y seguimiento realizados al Programa de Mantenimiento de la empresa Copetran, con la ayuda de los conocimientos adquiridos en la etapa de formación y durante la fase de inducción. Gracias a los mismos conocimientos adquiridos, también se muestra la facilidad con la que se ejecutan las tareas administrativas y técnicas asignadas al practicante. Al mismo tiempo, se plasma la importancia y lo que representa un Programa de Mantenimiento en una empresa, sus respectivas frecuencias y tareas, ya que es de vital importancia contar con la total disponibilidad del Parque Automotor de la empresa para prestar sus servicios. Entre otras actividades importantes, se busca alimentar Fichas Técnicas Vehiculares, actualizar documentos exigidos por el Ministerio de Transporte y realizar inspecciones para poder garantizar el buen estado de los vehículos diligenciando dichas inspecciones en su respectivo formato. This report is intended to show the analysis and follow-up done to the Maintenance Programme which belongs to Copetran, all of these based on the acquired knowledge during the formative stage and the induction phase. Thanks to this acquired knowledge, the report shows the ease of execution on how the student performs his administrative and technique tasks as well. At the same time, it reflects the importance of a Maintenance Programme and what it represents, its frequencies and tasks, due to it is of great importance to count on the complete availability from the Vehicle Fleet of the company in order to provide the company services. Among other important activities, it seeks to add content on the Vehicle Data Sheet, update documents demanded by the Ministry of Transport and execute vehicle inspections in order to ensure the best condition of the vehicles by filling these inspection the corresponding form.
