Acciones de Fortalecimiento en Comunicación de Transferar SAS

Abstract

Este proyecto orientará nuevas acciones comunicativas a Transferar SAS, como un apoyo a su crecimiento interno de la empresa y evolución del clima laboral, a través de la implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Habiendo establecido y argumentado la importancia y relevancia de la comunicación interna, como parte esencial para el desarrollo la buena convivencia laboral y productividad de la organización es imprescindible tener en cuenta los cuidados en cuanto a la seguridad y responsabilidad en las funciones de los integrantes de la empresa. De igual forma, la comunicación interna, busca despertar en el empleado un interés más profundo en la organización, promoviendo el sentido de pertenencia dentro de la misma En el caso de este proyecto, la meta principal es fortalecer las acciones comunicativas de Transferar SAS, y a través de ellas poder realizar actividades de comunicativas que aporten, de manera positiva, el ambiente de la empresa, es decir, mejorar la comunicación entre los empleados y propiciar un mejor clima laboral. Así mismo, por intermedio del campo de la comunicación va a ver un apoyologísticoy comunicativo para la nueva implementación de Saud y seguridad en Transferar SAS. Las estrategias de comun icación interna se centran en potenciar las capacidades de trabajo de los empleados, buscan do la apropiación del empleado hacia la empresa misma, es decir, que el trabajador sienta que su función en la organización es importante, relevante y necesaria.
