Diseño de un plan de negocios para el montaje de una bodega de acopio y comercialización de PET Cristal y Cartón por Veolia Aseo Santander y Cesar

Abstract

El presente plan de negocios evalúa la factibilidad y puesta en marcha de un centro de aprovechamiento o bodega de acopio y comercialización de materiales reciclables, especialmente cartón y PET Cristal ya que estos son los materiales que generan una mayor rotación en el mercado. Este plan se hizo con aplicabilidad en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana. La finalidad de esta bodega es aportar a la economía circular local y nacional, mitigando el impacto ambiental que genera la entrada de residuos aprovechables al sitio de disposición final conocido como “El Carrasco” y a su vez generar una nueva fuente de ingresos para Veolia Aseo Santander y Cesar. Para llevar a cabo este proyecto fue necesaria la aplicación de estudios de mercados, técnicos, administrativo – legal, social - ambiental y el financiero junto a la evaluación económica. Se espera que mediante la información presentada a continuación se pueda determinar la viabilidad para la creación del centro de aprovechamiento, el cual impulse el desarrollo económico competitivo de la región, aporte a la generación de empleo directo e indirecto y al crecimiento del buen nombre de la compañía. This business plan evaluates the feasibility and start-up of a recycling center or warehouse for the collection and commercialization of recyclable materials, especially cardboard and PET Cristal, since these are the materials that generate the highest turnover in the market. This plan was made with applicability in the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area. The purpose of this warehouse is to contribute to the local and national circular economy, mitigating the environmental impact generated by the entry of usable waste to the final disposal site known as \"El Carrasco\" and in turn generate a new source of income for Veolia Aseo Santander and Cesar. To carry out this project it was necessary to apply market, technical, administrative-legal, social-environmental, and financial studies together with the economic evaluation. It is expected that through the information presented below, the feasibility for the creation of the utilization center can be determined, which will boost the competitive economic development of the region, contribute to the generation of direct and indirect employment and to the growth of the company\'s good name.
