Aprendiz de calidad en el fortalecimiento del SGC en agro avícola San Marino

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es poner en práctica los conocimientos aprendidos en la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana a lo largo de la carrera de Ingeniería industrial, teniendo una cercanía real con el mundo empresarial. Se realizó un seguimiento a las actividades que se ejecutaron durante el periodo de la práctica empresarial como pasante del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en la empresa AGROAVICOLASANMARINO. Durante este periodo el pasante dio apoyo a la estandarización de procesos, la medición de la satisfacción del cliente, comunico la importancia de la Bioseguridad & Sanidad en la empresa, promovió y ayudo a ejecutar programas que ayuden a la mejora continua y el fortalecimiento del talento humano.

The purpose of this work is to put into practice the knowledge learned at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana throughout the Industrial Engineering career, having a real closeness with the business world. A follow-up was carried out on the activities that were carried out during the period of the business practice as an intern of the Quality Management System in the company AGROAVICOLASANMARINO. During this period, the intern supported the standardization of processes, the measurement of customer satisfaction, communicated the importance of Biosafety & Health in the company, promoted and helped execute programs that help continuous improvement and the strengthening of talent. human.
