Evaluación ambiental del aprovechamiento de residuos sólidos en el municipio de Piedecuesta

Abstract

Piedecuesta - Santander quiere ser pionero de reciclaje en la provincia de Soto del departamento; por tal motivo este proyecto tuvo como objetivo realizar una evaluación ambiental para mejorar el aprovechamiento de los residuos sólidos recolectados por la empresa Ecopiedecuesta; buscando optimizar las condiciones administrativas y operativas de la compañía y fortaleciendo el aprovechamiento de dichos residuos, que surgen del devenir diario de las actividades laborales y familiares de los habitantes del municipio. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se recopiló información primaria y secundaria a través de un conjunto de herramientas, las cuales están conformadas por encuestas y una búsqueda bibliográfica sobre el tema respectivo. Estas hacen parte de la metodología base de la investigación de tipo no experimental transversal combinada con un enfoque descriptivo, con las cuales se analizó la situación actual de ECOPIEDECUESTA; identificando los objetos acerca de los procesos y las variables necesarias dentro del proceso de reciclado, para a su vez dar cumplimiento a los objetivos primarios y secundarios planteados dentro del proyecto. Con los resultados obtenidos se realizaron los respectivos planes de mejora a la operación además del planteamiento de las estrategias iniciales de gestión, enfocadas hacia el manejo integral de los residuos sólidos. Asimismo y de acuerdo a los planteamientos establecidos se instituyeron los objetivos correspondientes, se repartieron las responsabilidades entre los miembros de la empresa y por último se planteó la meta central, guiados por la necesidad y el compromiso de Ecopiedecuesta para la realización de un proceso de reciclaje eficiente. For the development of this project will gather primary and secondary information through a set of tools which are shaped by surveys and a literature search on the respective theme. These are part of the methodology based on the investigation of non-experimental cross-sectional combined with a descriptive approach with which analyzed the current situation of the association; which allowed to identify the objects about the processes and the necessary variables within the process of recycling, in order to comply with the primary and secondary objectives raised within the project. With the results obtained were the respective plans in addition to the approach of the initial strategies of management, focused on the comprehensive management of solid waste. Also, according to the established approaches were instituted the corresponding objectives, divided responsibilities between the members of the company and finally raised the central goal, guided by the need and the commitment of Ecopiedecuesta for the realization of a recycling process efficient.
