Abstract

Aproximadamente desde los años noventa, es apreciable en todo el mundo el alto interés de los investigadores, las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) y el gobierno colombiano por realizar una análisis sistémico que permita evaluar la interacción de las universidades con el medio social, cultural y productivo, de manera que ejerzan una alta influencia en el entorno aportando riqueza, desarrollo social y económico. De alli que las TES se encuentren realizando estudios sobre la pertinencia académica y social de la formación impartida conociendo el impacto autoevaluación, registro calificado y acreditación institucional. Iniciando desde las caracterización de las empresas de los graduados, la contribución de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana seccional Bucaramanga para decidir ser emprendedor, las competencias que formaron en la UPB y fueron relevantes para su proceso y la identificación de conocimientos, habilidades, destrezas y competencias que la UPB Bucaramanga deberia enfatizar para motivar a los estudiantes y egresados para crear empresa como opción de vida.

Approximately since the nineties, is noticcable in all the world the high interest of the researchers, the Higher Education Institutions (HEI) and the Colombian government to make a systemic analysis to assess the interaction of the universities with the social, cultural and productive, so that they may have a high influence on the environment bringing wealth, social and economic development. From there that the IES they are carrying out studies on the academic and social relevance of the training knowing the impact of its graduates, this being one of the key factors within the self-evaluation processes, registry and qualified institutional accreditation.
