Apoyo técnico en el proceso de ejecución de obras contratadas por JCJG ingeniería S.A.S.

Abstract

El objetivo primordial de este trabajo, teniendo en cuenta la práctica empresarial como requisito de grado en la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, fue contribuir y apoyar las funciones del Ingeniero residente de obra como auxiliar de residencia para la empresa JCJG INGENIERÍA S.A.S durante la ejecución de las obras CONSTRUCCION ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO Y PLUVIAL CRA 2 HASTA VIA EXISTENTE BARRIO BELLAVISTA DEL MUNICIPIO DE PIEDECUESTA SANTANDER Y RECONSTRUCCCION Y CONSTRUCCION DE DOS (2) BOX COULVERT SOBRE LA QUEBRADA BARINAS DEL SECTOR ASOPROVICO Y SOBRE LA QUEBRADA PANELAS, SECTOR PESCADERITO EN EL SECTOR URBANO DEL MUNICIPIO DE OIBA. EN UNA LONGITUD DE 35 ML CON UN ANCHO DE 2 ML Y ALTURA DE 2 ML. 2. RECONSTRUCCIÓN DE LAS REDES DE ACUEDUCTO MUNICIPAL SOBRE LA MICROCUENCA LA OLÁVICA MUNICIPIO DE OIBA SANTANDER. Esto se realizó mediante la elaboración de informes mensuales y semanales, manejo de personal, participación y apoyo en las actividades de obra, control del almacenamiento, revisión y supervisión técnica y cálculos de medición para los respectivos procesos. Igualmente se realizó una propuesta, como aporte al conocimiento, para mejorar el proceso de control en el almacenamiento de insumos mediante un diagrama de flujo que recomendaba crear un formato para mitigar los inconvenientes que se presentaban. Se obtuvo resultados positivos en la puesta en marcha de la propuesta sobre el control del almacenamiento de insumos en el proyecto asignado. The main objective of this work, taking into account the internship as a degree requirement at the Pontifical Bolivarian University, was to contribute and support the functions of the resident engineer as an auxiliary resident for the company JCJG INGENIERÍA SAS during the execution of the works CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY AND PLUVIAL SEWER FROM CRA 2 TO EXISTING ROADWAY IN ‘BELLAVISTA’ NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIEDECUESTA - SANTANDER and RECONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) BOX COULVERT ON THE BROOK ‘BARINAS’ OF THE ASOPROVICO SECTOR AND ON THE BROOK ‘PANELAS’, AT PESCADERITO IN THE URBAN SECTOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF OIBA. IN A LENGTH OF 35 ML WITH A WIDTH OF 2 ML AND HEIGHT OF 2 ML. 2. RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MUNICIPAL AQUEDUCT NETWORKS ON THE MICROCUENCA ‘LA OLAVICA’ AT MUNICIPALITY OF OIBA - SANTANDER. This was done through the preparation of monthly and weekly reports, personnel management, merger participation, storage control, technical review and supervision, measurement calculations for the respective processes, it was necessary to make a proposal to improve the control process in the storage using a flowchart that recommended creating a format to mitigate the drawbacks that were presented. Positive results were obtained in the implementation of the proposal on the control of the storage.
