Apoyo técnico en la planeación contractual y ejecución de actividades de construcción de un escenario deportivo

Abstract

En este documento se muestra las labores asignadas como apoyo técnico en la planeación contractual en la Empresa Gestión y Obras S.A.S, la cual asigno el proyecto de la adecuación de la cancha multifuncional del polideportivo cubierto del colegio técnico Luis Carlos galán Sarmiento del municipio de confines Santander, esta planeación consistió en revisar cada componente como lo es el presupuesto, especificaciones técnicas, cronograma, entre otros para identificar los posible errores que se presentaron en la etapa de formulación de proyectos y poder así coordinar la correcta ejecución del contrato. También incluye un apoyo a la labor del residente de obras, este apoyo se da en la etapa de ejecución del contrato, en esta el residente de obra delego ciertas funciones tanto técnicas como administrativas tales como la revisión de procesos constructivos, diligenciamiento de la documentación de la obra (nomina, control de equipos, control de materiales, pedidos, etc.). Obteniendo así la ampliación de conocimiento en materia de procesos constructivos, ejecución de obra y por otra parte el aprendizaje sobre el análisis de los proyectos antes de iniciar su ejecución.
