dc.description.abstractEsta practica empresarial tuvo como objetivo optimizar recetas que se utilizan en las plantas de la empresa PREVESA S.A.S ya que para la empresa fue importante buscar soluciones que permitieran reducir costos, incrementaran la productividad, y optimizaran los procesos utilizados para la producción del concreto; para ser más eficaces y eficientes a la hora de diseñar, despachar, cumpliendo con la calidad y la garantía de sus productos y poder estar dentro de las empresas concreteras más importantes de Santander. Para la realización de estas optimizaciones, se conto con un equipo dosificador, y se recolecto información de las proporciones de los diseños ya existentes, o del diseño objeto de investigación, una vez realizadas dichas pruebas en pequeñas cantidades se procedía a realizar pruebas en capacidades de 1m3 y se realizaba un seguimiento exhaustivo de cada muestra en respectivas obras para analizar comportamientos a diferentes edades. Continuando con estos procesos en busca del mejoramiento de la producción de la planta se realizaron también optimizaciones orientadas a la reducción de los impactos ambientales que produce la empresa con una sustancia llamada potasa que se almacena en un sitio de disposición situado dentro de la planta, de igual manera se compararon y concluyeron toda la gama de agregados pues estos eran reciclados, se realizaron de igual forma como se procede con los agregados convencionales y se evaluaron resistencias a compresión a 1, 3, 7, 14 y 28 días así como también se analizo su manejabilidad. Finalmente se logró dejar para la empres PREVESA CONCRETOS S.A.S cincuenta y nueve (59) diseños de diferentes resistencias que dejaron un aumento en las ventas de la empresa puesto que el costo por metro cúbico de concreto disminuyo notablemente.spa
