Apoyo en interventoría técnica, administrativa, financiera, legal y ambiental para la obra mantenimiento rutinario y periódico y atención de emergencias de las vías secundarias y terciarias del Departamento de Santander

Abstract

En el presente documento constituye el consolidado del Informe Final de la Práctica Empresarial, cuyo objeto es realizar la “INTERVENTORÍA TÉCNICA, ADMINISTRATIVA, FINANCIERA, LEGAL Y AMBIENTAL PARA LA OBRA MANTENIMIENTO RUTINARIO Y PERIÓDICO Y ATENCIÓN DE EMERGENCIAS DE LAS VÍAS SECUNDARIAS Y TERCIARIAS DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE SANTANDER”, en el cual se detalla las actividades ejecutadas en el periodo comprendido desde el 28 de octubre de 2016 al 25 de febrero de 2017 por el practicante. En este informe se hace seguimiento a los contratos de obra correspondiente a el Mantenimiento de la Infraestructura Vial Secundaria y Terciaria, apoyando a la atención de vías por emergencias y mantenimiento periódico del Departamento de Santander. En este documento se exponen los lineamentos básicos que debe tener en cuenta el Interventor durante el proceso de Supervisión y Vigilancia de los proyectos. Se incluye formato de actas e informes de Interventoría.

This document constitutes the consolidated Final report of the practice business, which aims to make the "Technical Interventory, administrative, financial, legal and environmental for the work routine maintenance and periodic of the secondary and tertiary roads of the Department of Santander", which details the activities implemented in the period from October 28, 2016 to 25 February,2017 by the practitioner. In this report follow-up is done for the contracts of work corresponding to the Maintenance of the Road Secondary and Tertiary Infrastructure, supporting for the attention of routes for emergencies and periodic maintenance of the Department of Santander, In this document there are exposed the basic lineaments that the Inspector must bear in mind during the process of Supervision and Vigilance of the projects.
