Integración de modelos de impacto ambiental Bavaria S.A. - Malteria Tibitó

Abstract

Bavaria S.A. Maltería Tibitó está ubicada en el Kilómetro 6 Vía Briceño-Zipaquirá, tiene por actividad industrial la transformación de la cebada a malta cervecera, siendo este último producto la materia prima para la elaboración de la cerveza. Este trabajo de grado se basó en integrar modelos de impacto ambiental teniendo en cuenta los procesos productivos que se llevan a cabo en la Maltería Tibitó, se enfocó en el impacto que tiene el vertimiento generado por la misma en el rió Bogotá; en la recopilación de información básica sobre emisiones atmosféricas, donde se incluye la información meteorológica de la zona y los sistemas de control atmosféricos con los que cuenta la empresa; además de esto se incluye la estandarización tanto de las WORK STATIONS como los procedimientos para realizar análisis de agua en PTAR, PTAP y CALDERAS dentro de la empresa. Todo esto con el fin de evidenciar el interés que tiene la Maltería Tibitó en cumplir con la normatividad colombiana y las exigencias de la corporación autónoma regional

Bavaria S.A Tibitó’s malt plant is located at the 6th kilometer on the road Briceño-Zipaquirá, it has as industrial activity the transformation of the barley to the malt beer. This project is based on the integration of environment models having in mind the productive process that are on Tibitó’s malt plant , which is focus on the impact that has the generated dumping in the Bogotá’s river. In the recompilation of basic information about atmospheric emissions and it has the meteorological information of the region and the atmospheric control systems that the company has. Also, it has the standardization of WORK STATIONS as the process to do the analysis of the water at RTWP and BIOLERS in the company. All this to show the interest that has Tibitó’s malt plant to satisfy the Colombia normativity and the requirements of the Regional Autonomous Corporation
