Seguimiento del avance de las actividades de las diferentes obras desarrolladas por la empresa condislec E.U

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se muestra el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial que llevo a cabo en la empresa CONDISLEC E.U, una empresa ubicada en Bucaramanga dedicada a la realización de obras en todos los campos de la ingeniería y la arquitectura mediante contratación pública o privada para cumplir con el requisito de trabajo de grado de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana para optar por el título de Ingeniera Civil. Durante el periodo de práctica se realizaron actividades que contribuían y apoyaban la supervisión y ejecución de las obras de RECUPERACION DE ESPACIO PUBLICO PARA DAR CUMPLIMIENTO A LOS FALLOS POR ACCION POPULAR Y DEMAS ACCIONES DIPUESTAS POR LA SECRETARIA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA DEL MUNICIPIO DE BUCARAMANGA Y LA CONSTRUCCION DE OBRAS DE ESTABILIZACION PARA EL CONTROL DE LA AMENAZA POR FENOMENOS DE REMOCION EN MASA EN EL SECTOR DEL BARRIO BUCARAMANGA COCACOLA DEL MUNICIPIO DE BUCARAMANGA DEPARTAMENTO DE SANTANDER. La supervisión y seguimiento de las obras se realizó se mediante la elaboración de informes mensuales y semanales, manejó de personal, participación y apoyo de las actividades de obra, control del almacenamiento de materiales, revisión y supervisión técnica y cálculos de medición. En trabajo se plasma las diferentes actividades que se desarrollaron durante el proceso de construcción de cada una de las obras de acuerdo a los lineamientos y especificaciones técnicas que cada uno requiere. The present work shows the development of the business practice that I carry out in the company CONDISLEC EU, a company located in Bucaramanga dedicated to the execution of works in all fields of engineering and architecture through public or private contracting to comply With the requisite degree work of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana to opt for the title of Civil Engineer. During the period of practice activities were carried out that contributed and supported the supervision and execution of the works of RECOVERY OF PUBLIC SPACE TO COMPLY WITH THE FAULTS BY POPULAR ACTION AND OTHER ACTIONS DIPUESTAS BY THE INFRASTRUCTURE SECRETARY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCARAMANGA AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF STABILIZATION WORKS FOR THREAT CONTROL BY PHENOMENA OF MASS REMOVAL IN THE SECTOR OF THE BUCARAMANGA COCACOLA NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCHARAMANGA DEPARTMENT OF SANTANDER. The supervision and follow-up of the works was done through the preparation of monthly and weekly reports, personnel management, participation and support of the work activities, material storage control, technical supervision and measurement calculations. In work the different activities that were developed during the process of construction of each one of the works according to the guidelines and technical specifications that each one is required are recorded.
