Auxiliar de ingeniería en el proceso constructivo del proyecto k42 ubicado en cabecera del llano, carrera 39a#41- 65 (Bucaramanga)

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado contiene un seguimiento amplio y detallado de las actividades desarrolladas por el estudiante en un periodo de 4 meses, vinculado con la empresa CONSTRUCTORA JK SALCEDO, con el fin de brindar apoyo administrativo y técnico a los ingenieros residentes enfocado en las actividades de mampostería, friso y estuco, en el proyecto K42 ubicado en cabecera del llano (Bucaramanga), desde el inicio fue un aprendizaje veloz y al pasar de los días se fue dando mucha responsabilidad a tal punto de poder remplazar al ingeniero residente. Se incrementaron un sin número de actividades entre las cuales sobresalían enfoques a materiales que estaban generando desperdicios, se calculaban cantidades de obra para realizar contratos y poder calcular las cantidades de cada tipo de material, a su vez se realizaban pedidos de materiales semanales y se realizaban cortes de obra quincenales a los contratistas. This degree work contains a broad and detailed monitoring of the activities developed by the student in a period of 4 months, linked to the company CONSTRUCTORA JK SALCEDO, in order to provide administrative and technical support to resident engineers focused on activities of masonry, frieze and stucco, in the K42 project located at Cabecera del Llano (Bucaramanga). From the beginning it was a quick learning and as the days went by, a lot of responsibility was given to the point of being able to replace the resident engineer. A number of activities were increased, among which approaches to materials that were generating waste stood out, quantities of work were calculated to carry out contracts and to be able to calculate the quantities of each type of material, in turn, weekly materials were ordered and carried out biweekly work cuts to contractors.
