Apoyo técnico para el departamento de infraestructura interna, Comfenalco Santander

Abstract

Este documento resume todas las actividades realizadas como practicante de Ingeniería Civil en COMFENALCO – Santander, en el Departamento de Infraestructura Interna. La pasantía se centró en apoyar la elaboración de presupuestos para los diferentes proyectos de construcción que se planean ejecutar en el Club Lomas del Viento en el municipio de Piedecuesta, Santander. El desarrollo de dichos presupuestos incluyó: los cálculos de cantidades de obra, análisis de precios unitarios, términos de referencia y especificaciones técnicas entre otros. Todos estos procesos ayudaron a establecer si el proyecto era viable así como determinar su aceptación, éxito y una apropiada ejecución del mismo.

This document summarizes all the activities conducted during an internship at COMFENALCO – Santander by a Civil Engineer student in the Internal Infrastructure Department. The internship focused on supporting the creation and elaboration of budgets for different construction projects planned to be executed at LOMAS DEL VIENTO SOCIAL CLUB in Piedecuesta, Santander. The development of these budgets included: the Bill of Quantities, providing the project’s specific measured quantity of items identified by the drawings; the Unit Price Analysis and Evaluation that estimated quantities of items included in the project and their unit prices; the Terms of Reference and Technical Specifications for the project including the construction, planning and financing costs, insurance policy and fees among others. All of these processes helped to determine whether the project was affordable as well as its acceptance, success and proper execution.
