Estrategias de sostenibilidad para la población con discapacidad motriz permanente en Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado presenta la formulación de estrategias sostenibles dirigidas a la población con discapacidad motriz permanente de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana, que contribuyan con su cotidianidad. La investigación tuvo un enfoque descriptivo concluyente, con base en el cual se buscó identificar las diferentes necesidades existentes para la población objeto de estudio teniendo en cuenta el ámbito social, laboral, educativo y el acceso al servicio de salud para poder determinar alternativas de solución de acuerdo a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. La recolección de información se realizó a través la aplicación de encuestas a cada uno de los grupos de interés. estas fueron elaboradas utilizando los formularios Google para con esto contribuir con el ODS #13: Acción por el clima. Identificando, por medio de su realización, las necesidades presentes en cada uno de los grupos de interés. como las infraestructuras existentes y la falta de respeto, la caracterización de la población. el acceso a los medios de transporte público, las oportunidades laborales para esta población, las condiciones con las que se da su acceso a la educación y las condiciones con las que son recibidos por medio de las Entidades Prestadoras del Salud_ Las estrategias fueron planteadas por medio de un cuadro de mando, donde esta consignada la información respecto al planteamiento y el sistema de indicadores de cada estrategia, con el objetivo de que sean presentadas de forma ordenada a la Secretaria de Desarrollo Social como entidad encargada de la realización de proyectos que contribuyan con la calidad de vida de la población.

This degree work presents the formulation of sustainable strategies aimed at the population with permanent motor disabilities in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area, that contribute to their daily lives. The research had a conclusive descriptive approach, based on which it was sought to identify the different existing needs for the study population taking into account the social, labor, educational and access to health service in order to determine alternative solutions according to the Sustainable Development Goals. The collection of information was carried out through the application of surveys to each of the stakeholders, these were prepared using the Google forms in order to contribute to SDG # 13: Climate action. Identifying, through its realization, the needs present in each of the interest groups, such as the existing infrastructures and the lack of respect, the characterization of the population, access to public transportation, job opportunities for this population, the conditions under which their access to education is given and the conditions under which they are received through the Health Providers_ The strategies were proposed by means of a scorecard, where the information regarding the approach and the indicator system of each strategy is recorded, with the objective that they be presented in an orderly manner to the Secretary of Social Development as the entity in charge of the carrying out projects that contribute to the quality of life of the population.
