Desarrollo y soporte al programa de HSEQ de la Empresa Duflo S.A. servicios petroleros, en los campos petroleros: Cipiagua NW 40 SAI 27 y Pacific Rubiales Energy - Metapetroleum

Abstract

En este trabajo de grado se describen las actividades desarrolladas en la práctica empresarial realizada en la Empresa DUFLO S.A. Servicios Petroleros en los campos petroleros Cupiagua NW40 SAI 27 y Pacific Rubiales Energy - Metapetroleum. DUFLO S.A. es una empresa que dirige cada una de sus actividades a prestar servicios de alimentación, hotelería y aseo de instalaciones en campos petroleros; creciendo año tras año mediante su excelente servicio el cual es reflejado por un sin número de empresas del sector petrolero que dan fe del compromiso brindado por la empresa para satisfacer a los clientes y lograr de esta forma posicionarse cada vez en los mercados competitivos. El proyecto tiene como objetivo principal hacer seguimiento al programa de HSEQ establecido por la empresa, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a cada uno de los lineamientos y estándares establecidos que competen a la salud, seguridad industrial, medio ambiente y calidad, para así, mantener un ambiente de trabajo libre de actos y condiciones inseguras que puedan afectar la salud, propiedad y medio ambiente De esta manera el proyecto está encaminado para cumplir una serie de objetivos específicos que conlleven a desarrollar diferentes funciones de apoyo al Dpto. HSEQ, como: capacitar diariamente al personal operativo y administrativo, realizar inspecciones mensuales HSE, verificar la documentación del personal según las políticas de la empresa, verificar y supervisar que se cumpla el estándar de seguridad vial establecido por las empresas operadoras, realizar las investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes que den lugar, hacer seguimiento al programa “DUFLO SEGURO”, asistir a las reuniones HSEQ convocadas por los contratistas y elaborar los permisos de trabajo teniendo en cuenta los procedimientos establecidos. La realización y actualización de AST de cada actividad operativa establecida y la elaboración del panorama de riesgos de los diferentes campamentos base, son el valor agregado que el practicante implementó durante el tiempo de realización de la práctica empresarial. Todas y cada una de las actividades, tuvieron como eje un objetivo intrínseco el cual estuvo enfocado en concientizar al personal de la importancia que es realizar cada una de las actividades siguiendo los procedimientos, políticas y lineamientos adecuados con base al autocuidado que se debe tener en cada una de las áreas de trabajo con respecto a los roles y responsabilidades del personal, partiendo del valioso aporte al conocimiento por parte del Dpto. HSEQ de la empresa DUFLO S.A. Servicios petroleros, logrando día a día el mejoramiento continuo de cada una de sus actividades.

In this work of degree there are described the activities developed in the managerial practice realized in the Company DUFLO S.A. DUFLO S.A. is a company that directs each of its activities to give feeding, hotel and cleanliness of installations services in petroleum fields; growing year by year by means of its excellent service which is reflected by many companies of the petroleum sector that give faith of the commitment offered for the company to satisfy the clients and get in this way to be positioned on the competitive markets The project has as main aim to track the HSEQ program established by the company, in order to comply with each of the guidelines and standards established to relevant health, safety, environment and quality, thus, maintain work environment free of unsafe acts and conditions that may affect health, property and environment Thus the project aims to meet several specific objectives that lead to the development of various support functions to the HSEQ Department, including: to train daily operational and administrative personnel, to carry out monthly inspections HSE, to check the documentation of staff according to policies of the company, to verify and monitor that the safety road standard established by operating companies be accomplished, to conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, to monitor the program "SAFE DUFLO, to attend HSEQ meetings convened by contractors and develop the work permissions bearing in mind the established procedures. The AST implementation and updating of each operational activity set and the development of the landscape of risks of different base campsites are the added value that the practicing implemented during the time of the business practice performance. Each and every one of the activities, had as axis an intrinsic goal which was focused on staff awareness of the importance that is to make each one of the activities following the appropriate procedures, policies and guidelines, based on the self-care that must be taken into account in each one of the areas of work with respect to the roles and responsibilities of the staff, based on the valuable contribution to knowledge by the Company HSEQ Department DUFLO S.A. Oil services, achieving daily continuous improvement of each of its activities.
