Investigación de accidentes de trabajo presentados en granjas reproductoras y de engorde de Avidesa Mac Pollo S.A

Abstract

Con el fin de propender por el bienestar y seguridad de todos los empleados de granjas reproductoras y de engorde, así como de dar cumplimiento a la legislación vigente en materia de salud ocupacional, la empresa Avidesa Mac Pollo, ha desarrollado diferentes mecanismos que ayudan a la consecución de tal fin. Por este motivo, durante el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se realizó la investigación de todos los accidentes de trabajo, buscando analizar la causa principal de la ocurrencia y el mecanismo de lesión mas frecuente de los mismos para, a vez, diseñar planes de acción que contribuyeran a su prevención y disminución; se realizó la gestión para la consecución de diferentes elementos de protección personal necesarios, así como las diferentes pruebas que evidencian la adecuación de los mismos; se realizaron diversas inducciones a todo el personal nuevo que ingresaba al área de granjas, se realizó la inspección de las condiciones de las granjas, así como del estado de diferentes elementos de protección personal y se actualizó el panorama de riesgos del área de granjas, entre otras cosas. Para realizar todo lo anteriormente mencionado, fue necesario realizar diferentes visitas a cada una de las granjas, tener entrevistas cortas con cada uno de los empleados afectados, comunicar a los jefes de zona los inconvenientes encontrados, divulgar los estándares de seguridad establecidos en la empresa y capacitarlos en los diferentes temas. Se diseñó el estándar de vacunación para granjas reproductoras, con el fin de disminuir la accidentalidad de este tipo, se planteó la necesidad de suministrar elementos de protección personal a los jefes de zona y se presentó el informe planteando dicha necesidad para su posterior análisis. A partir de todo lo anterior se puede concluir que el desempeño de la labor fue favorable debido a la notable disminución de la accidentalidad.

In order to tend for the well-being and safety of all the employees of breeding and fattening farms, as well as of giving fulfillment to the legislation for occupational health, the company Avidesa Mac Pollo, has developed different mechanisms that help to the attainment of such aim. For this motive, during the development of the managerial practice there was realized the investigation of all the work accidents, seeking to analyze the mainspring of the occurrence and the mechanism of injury more frequently of the same ones for, to time, to design action plans that they were contributing to its prevention and decrease; the management was realized for the attainment of different necessary elements of personal protection, as well as the different tests that demonstrate the adequacy of the same ones; diverse inductions were realized to the whole new personnel that was entering to the area of farms, there was realized the inspection of the conditions of the farms, as well as of the condition of different elements of personal protection and the panorama of risks of the area of farms was updated, among other things. To realize everything previously mentioned, it was necessary to realize different visits to all the farms, to have short interviews with each of the affected employees, to communicate the opposing disadvantages to the chiefs of zone, to spread the safety standards established in the company and to qualify them in the different topics. The standard of vaccination was designed for breeding farms, in order to diminish the accidents of this type, there appeared the need to supply elements of personal protection the chiefs of zone and it was presented the report raising the above mentioned need for his later analysis. From everything previous it is possible to conclude that the performance of the labor was favorable due to the notable decrease of the accidents.
