Diseño de estrategias de responsabilidad social educativa para la institución educativa el Tobal, en el municipio de Carcasí, Santander.

Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Educativa [RSEd] esti est-echas:ten:e relacionada con la generación de transformaciones; definida según Pujadas (2020), como una "fisión de la actividad propia de la institución educativa, que integra el respeto por los valores éticos, las personas, la comunidad y el medio ambiente en el contexto de sus operaciones diarias (educar), y en la torna de decisiones estratégicas (dirigir). La presente propuesta de investigación titulada "DISEÑO DE ESTRATEGLkS DE RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EDUCATIVA PARA LA ENTSTITIK ION EDUCATIVA EL TORAL. EN EL MUNICIPIO DE CARCASI, SANTANDER". buscó reflexiona: y plan:ea: acciones que contribuyeran al mejoramiento de la calidad educativa de la Institución. Para lograr dicho propósito. se desarrolló la investigación bajo un estadio c-uanntanto con metodología ciescripava-interpretatva; en cuanto permitió abordar yr analizar los factores presentes de acuerdo al objeto a estudiar, mediante la aplicación de encuestas virtuales, a un porcentaje previamente establecido de grupos de interés de la comunidad educativa E] Toba]; además del estudio del contenido de RSEd vigente en los Planes de Desarrollo del Depar.amento de Santander y Nacional, y documentación institucional que evidenció e] nivel de adaptación del concepto de la RSEd en sus procesos_ FirvIlmente se entregó un plan estrateco para ser implementado por los docentes y estudiantes de la institución, generando impactos positivos en la calidad de la educación y bienestar en la comunidad carcasiana adecuas de convenirse en un documento de consulta sobre el corregimiento de El Toba] y su contexto educativo y socia].

Educational Social Responsibility [ESRd] is dosely related to the generation of transfomaations: defined according to Pujadas (2020), as a vision of the educational institution's on activity, which integrates respect for ethical values, people, the community and the environment in the context of its daily operations (educate), and in strategic decision making (direct). The present research proposal entitled 'DESIGN OF EDUCATIONAL SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY STRATEGIES FOR THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITLTION EL TOBAI, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARCASI, SANTANDER", sought to reflect and propose actions that would contribute to the imp-oe•ement of the educational quality of the Institution. To achieve this purpose, the research was developed under a quantitative study with a descriptive-interpretative methodology; as it allowed to address and analyze the factors present according to the object to be studied, through the application of virtual surveys, to a previously established percentage of stakeholders of the educational community El. Tobal; in addition to the study of the content of CSRd in force in the Development Plans of the Deparmient of Santander and National, and institutional documentation that showed the Level of adaptation of the concept of CSRd in their processes. Finally, a strategic plan was delivered to be implemented by the teachers and students of the institution, generating positive impacts on the quality of education and welfare of the Carcasian community; in addition to becoming a reference document on the town of El Tobal and its educational and social context.
