Diseño de un plan de mejoramiento en el control de calidad para el proceso de fabricación de formaletas en la empresa Formadcol-paneles estructurales S.A.S. de Piedecuesta, Santander

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación inicia en la empresa FORMADCOL PANELES ESTRUCTURALES SAS, una empresa que pertenece a la industria metalmecánica que fabrica y alquila encofrados específicamente formaletas, ubicada en Piedecuesta-Santander, en el mes de septiembre del año 2019, se realizó un diagnóstico de las falencias en las diferentes áreas operativas de la empresa, para identificar falencias y en una reunión con el ingeniero de planta encargado de los procesos de la planta, se logró a un consenso de poder implementar mejoras en tres áreas específicas que tenían problemas de control de calidad: Área de materias primas, Área de soldadura, Área de acabados. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo de tipo explicativo y descriptivo. La metodología de mejora continua utilizada fue el ciclo PHVA, la cual fue aplicada a cada una de las tres áreas específicas de la cadena de producción donde se detectaron falencias. Inicialmente se realizó la etapa de planear, la cual se establecieron metas y los métodos y herramientas con las que se iban a lograr estas. Seguidamente en la etapa de hacer, se llevó a cabo todas las actividades planeadas y posterior a ello, la recolección de datos de las mejoras, continuamente, en la etapa de verificar, se observaron todos los resultados de las acciones que se llevaron a cabo, y en la última etapa de actuar, se llevaron a cabo acciones correctivas, las cuales aseguran la calidad total de los procesos. Las acciones se realizaron en base a la normativa que rige a la industria metalmecánica como las NTC19361, NTC 4680 Y NTC 4435, la normativa aplicada de la AWS. El plan de mejoramiento de control de calidad permitirá la estandarización de los procesos y la mejora continúa asegurando así la calidad en sus procesos.

The research project begins in the company FORMADCOL PANELES ESTRUCTURALES SAS, a company that belongs to the metalworking industry that manufactures and rents formwork formwork specifically, located in Piedecuesta-Santander, in the month of September of the year 2019, a diagnosis of the shortcomings in the different operational areas of the company to identify shortcomings and in a meeting with the plant engineer in charge of the plant processes, a consensus was reached to be able to implement improvements in three specific areas that had quality control problems: Area of raw materials, Area welding, Area of finishes. The methodology of continuous improvement used was the PHVA cycle, which was applied to each of the three specific areas of the production chain where flaws were detected. Initially the planning stage was carried out which established goals and the methods and tools with which they were to be achieved. Then in the stage of doing all the planned activities were carried out and after that the re-election of data and improvements, continuously, in the stage of verifying all the results of the actions that were carried out were observed, finally, in the last stage of acting corrective actions were carried out which ensure the total quality of the processes. The actions were carried out based on the regulations governing the metalworking industry such as NTC19361, NTC 4680 and NTC 4435, the AWS regulations. The quality control improvement plan will allow the standardization of the processes and the improvement continues thus ensuring the quality of its processes.
