Seguimiento y acompañamiento en los procesos ingenieriles de la secretaría de control urbano e infraestructura de la alcaldía municipal de san gil- programa estado joven

Abstract

La práctica empresarial se desarrolló en la Alcaldía Municipal de San Gil- Santander específicamente en la Secretaría de Control Urbano e Infraestructura durante un periodo de cinco meses por medio del Programa Estado Joven, en la cual se realizaron actividades como control de obras en el Municipio, referenciación cartográfica, verificación del cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente del Municipio según lo establecido en el PBOT, Resolución 2970 del 2015 (PEMP) , Decreto 1203 de 2017 y Resolución 90708 de 2013 (RETIE), revisión de planos tanto arquitectónicos como estructurales y visitas de inspección ocular con sus respectivos informes para dar respuesta a las solicitudes presentadas por los ciudadanos y remitiendo los casos a los entes competentes para dar cumplimiento a los parámetros y tiempos de entrega establecidos por esta Secretaría, por otro lado; se entregaron 70 consultas a la norma,11 subdivisiones y 14 respuestas a las visitas de inspección. Se encontró que los problemas más recucurrentes en la revisión arquitectónica y estructural de planos es el incumplimiento de los aislamientos y el incumplimiento del estudio de suelos.

The business practice was developed in the Municipal Mayor’s Office of San Gil - Santander specifically in the Secretariat of Urban Control and Infrastructure for a period of 5 months through the Youth State Program, in which activities were carried out such as control of works in the Municipality, cartographic referencing, verification of compliance with the current regulations of the Municipality as established in the PBOT, Resolution 2970 of 2015 (PEMP), Decree 1203 of 2017 and Resolution 90708 of 2013 (RETIE), review of both architectural and structural plans and site inspection visits with their respective reports in order to respond to requests submitted by citizens and to refer cases to the competent authorities in order to comply with the parameters and time limits by this secretariat. On the other hand were delivered 70 standard queries, 11 subdivisions and 14 answers site inspection visits. It was found that the problems more recurring in the review of both architectural and structural plans is the breach of the insulations and the soild study.
