Diseño del proceso de mejora continua de la organización basado en el marco de trabajo scrum

Como iniciativa de apoyo a las mujeres de bajos recursos nace en 1986 Fundación dela Mujer, brindando oportunidades de emprendimiento gracias a sus préstamos, actualmente, es la micro financiera no reguladas más grandes del país y con la llegada de la digitalización el cambio de cultura ha marcado una nueva era en la organización, donde en la Gerencia de Operaciones. con el proyecto de mejora continua, motive a los colaboradores en la creación de ideas innovadoras para la automatización de procesos con ayuda de pequeños desarrollos de tareas repetitivas que pueden ser digitalizadas, así, se crea la necesidad de la adopción de una metodología que impulse al equipo a elaborar herramientas que cumplan con las necesidades de cambio de los empleados y gestiones los requerimientos de una manera fácil, ágil y eficaz. El diseño del proceso de mejora continua se realiza integrando los elementos importantes del marco de trabajo Scrum, obteniendo una metodología de desarrollo de herramientas y de seguimiento de plan de trabajo, incluyendo priorización, seguimiento y control de cada una de las etapas de elaboración de la mejora, adicionalmente reuniones de oportunidades de mejora que ayudan a evaluar la forma de trabajo y realizar cambios las siguiente etapas o proyectos a realizar. La importancia de tener claro el método a ejecutar sin interferir con la forma de realizarlo, ayuda a ser asertivos en el trabajo ya que se rompe con el pensamiento tradicional de hacer las cosas de la misma manera y se crea una cultura de mejora continua.

The design of the continuous improvement process is carried out integrating the important elements of the Scrum framework, obtaining a methodology for the development of tools and the monitoring of the work plan, including the prioritization of requirements, monitoring and control of each of the stages of elaboration of the improvement, additionally meetings of improvement opportunities that help to evaluate the way of working and make changes to the next stages or projects to be carried out. The importance of having a clear method to execute without interfering with the way of doing it, helps to be assertive in the work because it breaks with the traditional thinking of doing things the same way and creates a culture of continuous improvement.
