Planificación del sistema integrado de gestión para la Empresa Suelos y Geotecnia S.A.S.

Abstract

En este documento muestra los resultados obtenidos en la práctica realizada en la empresa Suelos y Geotecnia S.A.S ubicada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Donde se llevó a cabo la planificación del sistema integrado de gestión ambiental y seguridad en el trabajo, tomando como bases el diagnóstico inicial ambiental en las diferentes áreas de la empresa basado en los lineamientos propuestos por la NTC ISO 14001:2015 y la ISO 45001:2018, planteando acciones que permitan a la empresa mejorar su calidad ambiental y la seguridad de sus trabajadores para un futuro optar por la certificación de estas normas. Se determinaron los peligros y los impactos más significativos de las diferentes áreas de la empresa, identificados en las matrices de aspectos e impactos ambientales y matriz legal, a través de estos se establecieron acciones de planificación y construcción de objetivos centrados en el mejoramiento de las actividades que realizan en lo ambiental y en la seguridad de la empresa. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados en el presente documento, inicialmente se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico ambiental de la organización, mediante la aplicación de listas de chequeo y visitas a las diferentes áreas, después se evaluaron las condiciones iniciales identificando debilidades y fortalezas dentro de la organización.

This document shows the results obtained in the practice carried out in the company Suelos y Geotecnia S.A.S located in the city of Bucaramanga. Where the planning of the integrated system of environmental management and safety at work was carried out, based on the initial environmental diagnosis in the different areas of the company based on the guidelines proposed by the NTC ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018, proposing actions that allow the company to improve its environmental quality and the safety of its workers for the future to opt for the certification of these standards. The most significant hazards and impacts of the different areas of the company were identified, identified in the matrices of environmental aspects and impacts and legal matrix, through these actions were established planning and construction of objectives focused on the improvement of activities that they carry out in the environmental and in the security of the company. To comply with the objectives set forth in this document, an environmental diagnosis of the organization was initially carried out, through the application of checklists and visits to the different areas, then the initial conditions were evaluated identifying weaknesses and strengths within the organization.
