Auxiliar en ingenieria civil para la realización y trámite de proyectos y asistencia de obra en el Instituto de Vivienda de Interes social y reforma urbana del Municipio de Bucaramanga - INVISBU

Abstract

En Colombia se presentó en febrero de 2005 un fenómeno natural de lluvias torrenciales lo que provocó un desbordamiento del rio de Oro que afectó la gran parte de la población santandereana en la ciudad de Girón, el INVISBU gestionó la restauración parcial de las zonas más afectadas, como Café Madrid y Palenque con la construcción de 2200 unidades vivienda, este proyecto se denominó Villas de San Ignacio. Debido a la magnitud del proyecto el INVISBU gestionó el ingreso de varios estudiantes de último semestre de Ingeniería civil para realizar trabajos de práctica empresarial enfocados a la gestión de construcción de vivienda de interés social. Dentro de las funciones que dispuso el INVISBU para el estudiante en oficina fue la de Apoyar técnica y administrativamente la realización, trámite, y evaluación de proyectos en el proceso de construcción de viviendas de los damnificados de la ola invernal, proyecto “VILLAS DE SAN IGNACIO “, en el lote de Ingeser. Y también en el desarrollo de obra de asistir, complementar, ayudar, coordinar trabajos de ingeniería en la primera etapa de construcción con 202 viviendas, llamado lote INGESER donde inició en junio del año 2006 y finalizó en Diciembre de 2006.
