Acompañamiento al Fortalecimiento Personal de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes Pertenecientes a la Modalidad de Hogares Sustitutos en la Corporación Corpoadases

Abstract

El presente trabajo de proyecto de grado estuvo enfocado específicamente en el fortalecimiento integral de todos los niños, niñas y/o adolescentes –NNA– vinculados en la modalidad de hogar sustituto de la corporación Corpoadases. Se consideró de vital importancia tomar como eje fundamental el fortalecimiento u empoderamiento, debido a que todos los niños, niñas y adolescentes, que se encuentran acogidos por la corporación han sido víctimas de la vulneración de sus derechos por parte de sus progenitores o cualquier miembro de la familia biológica. Debido a lo anterior, y en pro de mejorar la calidad de vida de los NNA se realizaron diversas capacitaciones por medio de los proyectos Explorarte y Repensándome, los cuales están orientados en la proyección hacia el futuro y en la restructuración del proceso de toma de consciencia y decisiones, igualmente, se instruyó a los niños sobre los derechos que por ley les deben ser respetados y la ruta de atención a la cual deben acudir en caso de volver a ser vulnerados. De igual forma, se realizó un proceso de restablecimiento de derechos con los progenitores y familiares biológicos, a los cuales también se capacitó, con el fin de contribuir positivamente en el mejoramiento de su rol como padre, madre o miembro familiar.

In this grade project we are focused specifically in the integral strengthening of all children and teenagers –NNA– linked in the modality “substitute home” of Corpoadases Corporation. It was considered as of great importance, to take as a fundamental subject the strengthening or empowerment, because all children and teenagers that there are in the corporation have been victims of rights violation by their own parents or any other member of the biological family. Due to the above, and in order to improve the quality of life of the children and teenagers various trainings were carried out through the projects Explorarte y Repensándome, which are oriented in the projection towards the future and in the restructuring of the process of awareness and decisions, in the same way, children were instructed about the rights that from of law must be respected and the steps for to attention for which they should respond in case of being again raped. In the same way, a process of restoration of rights was carried out with the parents and biological relatives, who were also trained, in order to contribute positively in the improvement of their role as a father, mother or family member.
