Brindar apoyo a la empresa Civile SAS en las actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo de las labores en interventoría y supervisión de obras civiles

Abstract

EL presente documento constituye el informe de la práctica empresarial “BRINDAR APOYO A LA EMPRESA CIVILE SAS EN LAS ACTIVIDADES RELACIONADAS CON EL DESARROLLO DE LAS LABORES EN INTERVENTORÍA Y SUPERVISIÓN DE OBRAS CIVILES.” según convenio entre la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana y Civile SAS, en el cual se detalla las actividades ejecutadas por el practicante en el periodo del 04 de febrero al 04 de agosto de 2019. En este informe se hace seguimiento al avance del contrato IDRD 3887-2018 en etapa de consultoría y del contrato IDRD 3841-2018 en etapa de obra mediante los contratos de interventoría IDRD 3859-2018 e IDRD 3883-2018 respectivamente teniendo en cuenta aspectos técnicos y administrativos. En este informe se incluye información general de los contratos de interventoría en mención, se realiza una breve descripción de cada proyecto en sus aspectos de localización, estudios, diseños, construcción y se relacionan las actividades realizadas por la interventoría y más específicamente las realizadas por el auxiliar de interventoría, donde al inicio de la actividad en cada uno de los proyectos se hizo una minuciosa revisión de los pliegos de condiciones y documentos de apoyo, se hizo seguimiento a la gestión técnica y documental en etapa de estudios, diseños y obra concerniente a los diferentes contratos; así mismo se supervisaron las actividades objeto del contrato por medio de los diferentes formatos propuestos para el proyecto. Finalmente se dan las conclusiones, recomendaciones y el aporte al conocimiento considerado por el practicante sobre el desarrollo de la práctica.

This document constitutes the report of the business practice “SUPPORT TO THE COMPANY CIVILE SAS IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF WORKS IN AUDIT AND SUPERVISION OF CIVIL WORKS.” according to an agreement between the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and Civile SAS, in which details the activities carried out by the practitioner in the period from February 4 to August 4, 2019. This report follows the progress of the IDRD 3887-2018 contract in the consulting stage and the IDRD 3841-2018 contract in the Works stage through the IDRD 3859-2018 and IDRD 3883-2018 intervention contracts, respectively, taking into account both technical and administrative aspects. This report includes an overview on the audit contracts mentioned, a brief description of each project in its aspects of location, studies, designs, construction and the activities performed by the audit are related and more specifically those carried out by the Interventory assistant, especially, in each of the projects in which thorough review of the specifications and supporting documents was made, the technical and documentary management was followed at the stage of studies, designs and work concerning the different contracts. Likewise, the activities covered by the contract were monitored through the different formats proposed for controlling and traceability of the project. Finally, conclusions, recommendations and the contribution to the knowledge considered by the practitioner about the development of the practice are given.
