Abstract

En este trabajo de grado se describe las actividades desarrolladas en la práctica empresarial realizada en la Cooperativa Multiactiva de Servicios Solidarios “COPSERVIR” sede Bucaramanga, en el área de auditoría específicamente en el cargo auxiliar practicante de auditoría. COPSERVIR es la propietaria de todos los establecimientos de Drogas la Rebaja, la cual distribuye y comercializa principalmente productos farmacéuticos; la sede Bucaramanga cuenta con aproximadamente 1.060 trabajadores distribuidos en el área administrativa y en 160 puntos de venta. El proyecto tiene como objetivo principal diseñar y desarrollar un programa para la medición y control de los compromisos operativos generados de las auditorias llevadas a cabo en cada uno de los PDV, buscando sistematizar y facilitar el proceso de seguimiento a compromisos. Este proceso se ejecuta mensualmente y tiene como particularidad evaluar el mes anterior; dependiendo a los resultados obtenidos en este proceso los compromisos se pueden clasificar en tres estados: cumplido, proceso e incumplido. Durante el periodo de la práctica se realizó seguimiento a 165 compromisos administrativos y 223 compromisos operativos. El desarrollo eficiente del programa permite y facilita la planeación y distribución de las auditorias en los PDV, centrando mayor atención en los mostradores con índices bajos, obteniendo mayor control en cada uno de los mostradores críticos, generando incrementos significativos en el indicador nivel de cumplimiento y disminuyendo el número de excepciones presentadas en los PDV. Igualmente se obtiene un conocimiento más detallado del proceso y de los resultados obtenidos en el seguimiento a compromisos operativos, mediante la recopilación de información histórica y datos estadísticos; reduciendo los tiempos de procesamiento y análisis de información.

In this work, I present a description of the activities developed throughout the managerial practice carried out in “COPSERVIR” (i.e. Cooperative of integral services) in Bucaramanga, in the audit department, specifically, in my duty as an audit assistant. COPSERVIR owns the network known as “Drogas la Rebaja”, which mainly distributes and commercializes pharmaceutical products. The branch located in Bucaramanga consists of 1.060 employees approximately, who are distributed within the administrative area and 160 selling branches. The aim of this project is to design and develop a program for the measurement and control of the operative commitments, generated within the framework of audits carried out in each selling branch; such audits attempted to systematize and facilitate the follow-up process regarding commitments. This follow-up process takes place every month; particularly, it reviews the previous month. Thus, depending on the results of the process, the commitments may be classified into three stages: fulfilled commitment, in process, and unfulfilled commitment. Along my managerial practice as an audit assistant, 165 administrative commitments and 223 operative processes were studied and followed. An efficient development of the program facilitates and allows for an easy planning and distribution of audits in the selling branches giving more attention to low indicators in order to obtain more control and generate significant increases in the commitment level, and at the same time reducing the number of exceptions found in each branch. Similarly, it is possible to recognize the process in depth, as well as the results obtained in the follow-up process of operative commitments by means of the compilation of historical information and statistic data reducing processing times and the analysis of information.
