Abstract

GUANTES INDUSTRIALES JOSÉ OMAR CHACHÓN S.A.S es una microempresa manufacturera con gran trayectoria, siempre enfatizada a brindar un producto de alta calidad, por lo tanto, se encuentra muy interesada en implementar los lineamientos de la norma ISO 9001:2015, para el mejoramiento de sus procesos en todas las áreas administrativas y productivas de la mano del liderazgo del Gerente General Juan Pablo Gómez. Se inició con un diagnóstico con el método de lista de chequeo con todos los requerimientos que exige la norma y posteriormente se diseñó un manual de calidad y los diferentes métodos de recolección de información como formularios e indicadores para evaluar la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y finalizando con la capacitación del personal para darles a entender la importancia que tienen los lineamientos de la norma, para mejoramiento de la satisfacción del cliente

GUANTES INDUSTRIALES JOSÉ OMAR CHACHÓN SAS is a manufacturing company with a long history, always focused on providing a high quality product, therefore, it is very interested in implementing the guidelines of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, for the improvement of its processes in all the administrative and productive areas of the hand of the leadership of the General Manager Juan Pablo Gómez. It began with a diagnosis with the checklist method with all the requirements demanded by the standard and then a quality manual was designed and the different methods of collecting information such as forms and indicators to evaluate the implementation of the Quality Management System and finalizing with the training of the personnel to give them to understand the importance that the guidelines of the norm have, for improvement of the satisfaction of the client.
