Planificación y estructuración del servicio de ensayos no destructivos (end), como una nueva línea de negocio para industrias Lavco SAS, mercado nacional y de exportación

Abstract

Industrias LAVCO SAS es una empresa manufacturera orientada en dos líneas de negocios, la línea Automotriz encargada de la producción y exportación de camisas para motores y la línea industrial que presta el servicio de reparación de cilindros compresores reciprocantes para el sector energético nacional. Debido a la creciente demanda que Industrias LAVCO SAS ha recibido por parte de sus clientes, se encuentra la necesidad de crear una línea de negocio estandarizada para ofertar a las empresas de energía los servicios de Ensayos no Destructivos END. Esta nueva línea de Industrias LAVCO SAS brindara un servicio preventivo de diagnostico a las plantas de energía tanto nacionales como mercado exportación. Para ello este proyecto define primeramente la situación actual de LAVCO, los insumos, la mano de obra, la normativa técnica, la formación y los equipos que necesitan para la prestación del servicio con el fin último de crear un cronograma de actividades y un presupuesto de inversión claro para la puesta en marcha inmediata. Además de ello se realiza un benchmarking del sector nacional de END y se plantean las estrategias diferenciadoras de LAVCO frente a su competencia para tener una entrada exitosa en el mercado. En cuanto a la exportación del servicio, se identifica como mercado objetivo a Trinidad y Tobago debido la amplia presencia de plantas energéticas y a la escasez de ingenieros calificados en la Isla. Con este país se realiza una investigación de mercado a fondo de la economía caribeña, los acuerdos comerciales con Colombia, las ventajas de exportar servicios a este país y la logística de exportación necesaria. Es así como Industrias LAVCO SAS está actualmente ejecutando la implementación de esta nueva línea de negocios que servirá como una ventaja diferenciadora y una fuente de activos a través de la exportación de servicios.

Industrias LAVCO SAS is a manufacturing company focused on two lines of business, the Automotive line responsible for the production and export of shirts for engines and the industrial line that provides the service of reciprocating compressor cylinder repair for the national energy sector. Due to the growing demand that Industrias LAVCO SAS has received from its customers, there is the need to create a standardized business line to offer Non-destructive testing services to energy companies. This new line of Industries LAVCO SAS will provide a diagnostic preventive service to national and export power plants. To this end, this project first defines the current situation of LAVCO, the inputs, labor, technical regulations, training and equipment needed for the provision of the service with the ultimate goal of creating a schedule of activities and a budget of clear investment for immediate start-up. In addition, a benchmarking of the national NDT sector is carried out and the differentiating strategies of LAVCO are presented against its competition to have a successful entry into the market. Regarding the export of the service, Trinidad and Tobago is identified as the target market due to the large presence of power plants and the shortage of qualified engineers on the Island. With this country, a thorough market research of the Caribbean economy is carried out, the commercial agreements with Colombia, the advantages of exporting services to this country and the necessary export logistics. This is how Industrias LAVCO SAS is currently executing the implementation of this new line of business that will serve as a differentiating asset and a source of assets through the export of services.
