El derecho como ciencia de la sociedad necesita redefinir su justicia social

Abstract

Repensar el Derecho como ciencia de la sociedad para la conquista de la justicia social, conduce al mayor logro de satisfacción, a los diferentes sectores de la sociedad, especialmente a los más necesitados, aquellos que la estructura de dominación siempre los ha marginado y donde el Estado nunca hace presencia. Por ello el presente siglo debe conducir a la búsqueda de la Dignidad Humana, donde principios como la igualdad, la participación, la no discriminación, respeto a la diferencia, en fin, la protección y garantía de los Derechos Humanos proporcionarán la justicia social que tanto se necesita.

Rethinking law as a science of society for the achievement of social justice, leads to the greatest achievement of satisfaction, the different sectors of society, especially the most needy, those that the structure of domination always been marginalized and where the state never makes presence. Therefore this century should lead to the pursuit of human dignity, establishing principles such as equality, participation, non-discrimination, respect for difference, in short, the protection and guarantee of human rights we provide social justice we need.
