dc.description.abstractCon la web 2.0 las marcas han incursionado en la red a través de portavoces influyentes (youtubers, por ejemplo) que sacan a flote los beneficios de sus productos. Hasta hoy, los esfuerzos digitales en muchos casos han sido efectivos. Sin embargo; un fenómeno distinto está acrecentando su valor en torno a estos personajes: el lanzamiento de propios productos. Este suceso ha abierto los ojos acerca del nivel de influencia que tienen los youtubers sobre su audiencia, en escenarios como el 25 de mayo del 2016, la Filbo Bogotá colapsó debido a un Youtuber que congregó a más de 15.000 personas para comprar su libro. Un hecho que resalta al interés investigativo, ya que brinda un panorama sobre los nuevos comportamientos de consumo en audiencias jóvenes y aún más, los niveles de influencia de estos personajes. Con ello, se plantea como objetivo general determinar los factores de éxito que tiene un influencer digital al lanzar un producto propio a su audiencia. Se considera pertinente como metodología investigativa el estudio de caso de Sebastián Villalobos, el influencer colombiano con el mayor número de seguidores en Youtube, con 4.543.854 suscriptores en su canal principal, quien justo hace un año lanzó Youtuber School, su primer libro (o producto propio) a su audiencia, siendo un rotundo éxito. Este artículo, se desarrolla a través de la teoría de persuasión Maximum Influence y los postulados de influencia por Paul Lazarsfeld, además de la teorización de Branding personal por Dan Schawbel. El diseño metodológico es cualitativo, con un alcance descriptivo – exploratorio. Apoyado en entrevistas a profundidad con: Lina Cáceres; manager, Sofía Castro; youtuber colombiana con una relación estrecha con otros youtubers colombianos incluyendo a Sebastian Villalobos, y algunas personas de su audiencia. Además, aplicará la técnica de análisis de discurso y contenido en el producto lanzado. Observación netnográfica con ayuda de herramientas de social Listening como SYSOMOS del comportamiento del influenciador con su audiencia en redes sociales. Finalmente, la aplicación de 350 encuestas a fans del influenciador.spa
dc.description.abstractWith web 2.0 brands have penetrated the network through influential spokespeople (youtubers, for example) that expose the benefits of their products. To date, digital efforts have in many cases been effective. Nevertheless; A different phenomenon is increasing its value around these characters: the launch of own products. This event has opened eyes on the level of influence that youtubers have on their audience, in scenarios such as May 25, 2016, Filbo Bogota collapsed due to a Youtuber that brought together more than 15,000 people to buy his book. A fact that emphasizes the investigative interest since it provides a panorama on the new consumption behaviors in young audiences and still more, the levels of influence of these personages. With this, it‟s proposed as a main objective to determine the factors of success that a digital influencer has when launching a product of it‟s own. It‟s a case study of Sebastián Villalobos, the Colombian influencer with the largest number of followers on Youtube, with 4,543,854 subscribers in his main channel, who just a year ago launched YouTube School, (his first own product, a book) to his audience, being a resounding success. This paper is developed through the theory of persuasion Maximum Influence and postulates of influence by Paul Lazarsfeld, in addition to the theory of personal branding by Dan Schawbel. The methodological design becomes the qualitative paradigm, with a descriptive - exploratory scope. Supported in in-depth interviews with: Lina Cáceres; Manager, Sofìa Castro; Youtuber Colombian with a close relationship with other Colombian youtubers including Sebastian Villalobos, and some people from his audience. In addition, Was used the technique of speech analysis and content in the product released. Netnographic observation with the help of social Listening tools like SYSOMOS of the behavior of the influencer with his audience in social networks.
