dc.description.abstract | Este artículo, presenta un análisis de las dinámicas de consumo que se configuran con la llegada de los food truck a la ciudad de Medellín, mostrando el fenómeno desde una perspectiva cultural, más allá del simple acto de la alimentación y del intercambio, de tal forma que permita comprender las dinámicas que configuran este mercado emergente. La metodología se desarrolla desde un enfoque cualitativo, inicialmente a partir de un ejercicio de observación participante, que posteriormente es complementado con entrevistas semiestructuradas, dirigidas a propietarios o administradores de food truck y a consumidores propios de este formato, haciendo posible comprender el problema desde las perspectivas de la marca y del consumo. Finalmente, la investigación presenta las características más significativas de este mercado y sus consumidores, así como las prácticas de consumo que se configuran a partir de él. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This article presents an analysis of consumption practices which are configured with the arrival of the food truck to Medellin city, showing the phenomenon from a cultural perspective, beyond the simple act of feeding and exchange, so this allows consumer to understand the dynamics that make up this emerging market. The methodology is developed from a qualitative approach, initially from an exercise participant observation, which is then supplemented with semi-structured interviews aimed at owners or managers of food truck and own consumers of this format, making it possible to understand the problem from the perspectives brand and consumer.
