Elaboración de Instructivos del Practicante en el Departamento de Asuntos Legales

Abstract

La finalidad de este proyecto es la materialización de instructivos de procesos para el cargo de aprendiz de gerencia legal de la compañía Seguros SURA en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. La elaboración del mismo, pauta bajo lineamientos del Instituto de Gestión de Proyectos (PMI) , para la gestión idónea de proyectos. El proyecto deriva de percibir complejidad de algunos procesos desempeñados por el cargo del aprendiz en la compañía de Seguros SURA, la cantidad de programas utilizados para la gestión de sus funciones y la ausencia de material de capacitación y apoyo para dicho cargo. Inicialmente se registran las principales funciones del cargo de manera escrita, se diseñan los guiones y se realiza una muestra de vídeos con ejemplos prácticos, pasos que se van presentando de manera orgánica en el transcurso del periodo de la práctica universitaria del aprendiz y con la ayuda de un software de edición; seguido se seleccionan los vídeos más claros y se realiza la primer maqueta con la que se hacen pruebas de calidad, se evalúan mejoras y luego se realiza una final edición con ayuda del mismo software y se anexan notas aclarativas dentro de cada vídeo. Dando como resultado del proyecto, el desarrollo de 15 videos instructivos con audio narrativo de los pasos realizados en cada vídeo, notas aclarativas, y un diseño corporativo. Dichos vídeos contienen los tutoriales explican, además del uso de las herramientas ofimáticas utilizadas por el practicante para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, los principales procesos que desempeña el aprendiz dentro del departamento. Además de los vídeo instructivos, se desarrolló un infograma que registra de manera visual la relación que guardan procedimientos, así como los principales equipos de trabajo dentro del departamento de Asuntos Legales de la compañía. Permitiendo una mejor apropiación del cargo por parte del aprendiz.

The purpose of this project is the materialization of process instructions for the position of legal management apprentice of the company Seguros SURA in the city of Bucaramanga. The elaboration of the same one, guideline under guidelines of the Projects Institute of Management (PMI), for the suitable management of projects. The project derives from perceiving the complexity of some processes carried out by the apprentice in the insurance company SURA, the amount of programs used for the management of their functions and the absence of training material and support for this position. Initially, the main functions of the position are recorded in written form, scripts are designed and a sample of videos is made with practical examples, steps that are presented organically during the period of the apprentice\'s university practice and with the help of editing software; then the clearest videos are selected and the first model is made with which quality tests are made, improvements are evaluated and then a final edition is made with the help of the same software and clarifying notes are attached to each video. As a result of the project, the development of 15 instructive videos with audio narrative of the steps taken in each video, clarifying notes, and a corporate design. These videos contain the tutorials that explain, besides the use of the office automation tools used by the trainee for the fulfillment of their functions, the main processes that the trainee carries out within the department. In addition to the instructional videos, an infogram was developed that visually records the relationship between the procedures, as well as the main work teams within the company\'s Legal Affairs department. Allowing a better appropriation of the position by the apprentice.
