Estudio Descriptivo Sobre los Roles en Familias Condición de Desplazamientos del Municipio de Piedecuesta Santander.

Abstract

La investigación se esboza bajo un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo - exploratorio, con base transversal, cuyo objetivo principal fue describir la influencia del desplazamiento forzoso, en los roles asumidos por los diferentes miembros de los sistemas familiares bajo esta condición, pertenecientes a los asentamientos humanos del municipio de Piedecuesta, Santander. En el informe se encuentra plasmada toda la información recolectada mediante una entrevista semiestructurada aplicada a 40 familias en condición de desplazamiento pertenecientes a los asentamientos de Guatiguará, la Vega y nueva Colombia. En ésta se destaca la categoría de roles familiares, desde los cuales se ahondan en los cambios y reestructuraciones que a partir del desplazamiento se dieron se dieron. La metodología utilizada para el estudio de la información recolectada esta basada en la teoría fundamentada, desde la cual se hace un análisis del discurso, que fue sistematizado en el programa atlas TI, dicha información se tomo para ser contrastada con la teoría que sobre la temática se ha desarrollado. Los resultados a destacarse encuentran las modificaciones que en el rol del padre se demuestra a través de la dificultad para conseguir un empleo en la ciudad debido a que las demandas de éstas son muy diferentes a los campos. El rol de madre, quien en muchas ocasiones es quien lidera el movimiento de su familia y es quien debe asumir nuevas responsabilidades. En los hijos se fortalece el rol de los hijos parentalizados quienes asumen un papel de "padres" de sus hermanos menores estando a cargo del cuidado de éstos. Finalmente es importante resaltar que dentro de las familias se percibe una sensación de bienestar y mejoramiento de sus condiciones de vida, ya que todos han pasado por fuerte eventos violentos al llegar a un lugar donde dichas situaciones no se presentan se sienten protegidos.

The investigation is design under a qualitative focus, of descriptive type – exploratory, with traverse base whose main objective was to describe the influence of the forced displacement, in the roles assumed by the different members of the family systems in this condition, belonging to the human settlement of the Municipality of Piedecuesta, Santander. In the report all the information gathered by means of an interview semi-structured applied to 40 families in displacement condition belonging to the settlement of Guatiguará, Altos de Guatiguará, La Vega and Nueva Colombia. In this stands out the category of family roles, from which are deepened in the changes and restructurings that were given starting from the displacement. The methodology used for the study of the gathered information is based on the theory, from which an analysis of the speech is made which was systematized in the program Atlas TI, this information takes to be contrasted with the theory that has more than enough the thematic one it has been developed. The results stand out find the modifications that are demonstrate through the difficulty to et employment in the you take care because the demands of this are very different to those of the field. The mother´s role that is in many occasions who leads the movement of their family and it is who should assume new responsibilities. In the children strengthens the roles of the “hijos parentalizados” they assume a paper of their smaller siblings “parents” being in charge of the care of these. Finally it is important to stand out that inside the families it is perceived a sensation of well-being and improvement of their conditions of life, since all have gone by violent strong events when arriving to a place where this situations don’t show up they are protected.
