Creación de un taller de confecciones en la cárcel modelo de la ciudad de Bucaramanga.

Abstract

El Proyecto tiene como objetivo general realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de un Taller de Confecciones como unidad de negocio en la Cárcel Modelo Seccional Bucaramanga, lo cual implicó realizar una investigación de mercados, establecer la distribución, recursos y flujos de proceso para la unidad de negocio, realizar un estudio financiero para evaluar la factibilidad del proyecto, realizar una planeación estratégica, realizar la evaluación del proyecto productiva de confecciones montaje de unidad productiva de confecciones en el establecimiento penitenciario. Como resultados la investigación permitió establecer que el Taller de Confecciones de la Cárcel Modelo de la ciudad de Bucaramanga se constituye en un instrumento para los procesos de resocialización y prevención de consumo de estupefacientes y delitos dentro de este centro carcelario, por ello su importancia y la incidencia que tiene sobre la programática general de esta cárcel, dado el carácter especial del Taller propuesto y las prebendas que significa comprar productos y contratar servicios con los Talleres de un centro carcelario. Existe una excelente respuesta y orientación del mercado potencial para requerir sus servicios y desde la perspectiva financiera el proyecto es muy viable porque no demanda grandes recursos, se cuenta con la maquinaria y equipo con la cual va a iniciar operaciones, los gastos y costos en que se incluirá son bajos y básicamente se requiere de la mano de obra de los internos para el desarrollo y crecimiento del mismo.

The Project has as general objective to carry out a study of feasibility for the implementation of a Shop of Makings as business unit in the Jail Sectional Model Bucaramanga, that which implied to carry out an investigation of markets, to establish the distribution, resources and process flows for the business unit, to carry out a financial study to evaluate the feasibility of the project, to carry out a strategic planeación, to carry out the evaluation of the productive project of makings assembly of productive unit of makings in the penitentiary establishment. As results the investigation allowed to establish that the Shop of Makings of the Model Jail of the city of Bucaramanga is constituted in an instrument for the resocialización processes and prevention of consumption of narcotics and crimes inside this prison center, for it its importance and the incidence that he/she has on the programmatic general of this jail, given the special character of the proposed Shop and the prebends that he/she means to buy products and to hire services with the Shops of a prison center. It exists an excellent answer and orientation of the potential market to require their services and from the financial perspective the project is very viable because it doesn't demand big resources, it is had the machinery and team with which will begin operations, the expenses and costs in that it will be included they are low and basically it is required of the manpower of the interns for the development and growth of the same one.
