Programa de prevención de factores de riesgo en salud sexual dirigido a población adolescente de 6 grado perteneciente a colegios del Municipio de Piecuesta en convenio con el Centro de Proyección Social (CSP)

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo la aplicación de un programa en prevención de factores de riesgo en salud sexual, dirigido a adolescentes pertenecientes a colegios del municipio de Piedecuesta en convenio con el Centro de Proyección Social (CPS), debido a la vulnerabilidad de esta población con relación a las conductas de riesgo que se han hecho presentes, como uso y consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, consumo de alcohol, prácticas sexuales sin protección, entre otros. Por esta razón, se trabajó aproximadamente con 342 estudiantes, los cuales estuvieron conformados por dos grupos de los grados sextos de cinco colegios que tienen convenio con el CPS, los colegios fueron el Humberto Gómez Nigrinis; Cabecera del Llano; Escuela Normal Superior de Piedecuesta; Instituto Balbino García; Colegio Municipal Carlos Vicente Rey del municipio de Piedecuesta, los participantes estuvieron entre los 11 y 15 años de edad, de género masculino y femenino. Se aplicaron tres talleres, el primer taller fue "Conociéndome a mi y a los demás", segundo "Resolución de Problemas entre padres e hijo" ultimo: "Reconozco lo que me gusta de ti". Se observó una aceptación al programase durante la aplicación del programa, para el adolescente es significativo conocer los proceso en la etapa del desarrollo en la que se encuentra y solucionar las dudas que se están presentando durante dicho proceso, por esta razón una de las recomendaciones a tener en cuenta son: el desarrollo de un programa macro en la prevención de conductas de riesgo en sexualidad en la adolescencia, que se tenga en cuenta los proceso cognitivos y fisiológicos que se están presentando en dichas etapa del desarrollo.

The objective of this assignment is the application of a plan for with promotes prevention of the risk factors on the sexual health.lt is directed to the population of adolescents from the 6th grade who belong to the school district in the community of Piedecuesta in association with the Centro de Proyeccion Social (CPS). Due to the vulnerability of the population the plan is directed towards and the different high risk conducts in which during the course of the assignment have been made present, such as the use of psychoactive substances, alcohol consumption, sexual intercourse practices with any protection and many others, This is the reason for which we worked with over 342 of the 60 graders students, from which 2 groups were developed students who belong to schools who have a partnership with the (CPS). Following is the name of the Schools that participated.Humberto Gomes Nigrinis, Cabecera del Llano, Escuela Normal Superior de Piedecuesta, Instituto Balbino Garcia, Colejio Municipal Vicente Rey, All from the Piedecusta Municipal District.The participants involved ranged from the ages of 11 and 15 years of age and they were from both genders Male and Females.We applied 3 Workshops, 1st Knowing Me and Everyone Else, 2"1 Problem resolution between Parents and kids, and the 3rd Recognizing what I like about you. It was observed a high rate of acceptance to the program once it was applied; it is significant for the adolescent to know the processes within the stages of development of which they're on and provide solutions to the doubts they might present during the mentioned process. For this reason one of the recommendation to keep in mind are, The development of a Macro Program in the prevention of the High risk conducts of the sexuality within the adolescent population, to keep in mind the cognitive and physiological processes that they might present during any of the mentioned stages of the development of the program.
