dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad, Centroamérica se observa como un mercado desatendido por los colombianos; ya que es casi en su totalidad abastecido por mercados extranjeros provenientes de Estados Unidos, China y algunos países Europeos. Centroamérica es un grupo de países que poseen alta riqueza cultural conservando infraestructuras y costumbres nativas que hoy por hoy son administradas y aprovechadas de manera comercial para fortalecer sus economías. Otra característica muy importante es su ubicación geográfica y estratégica, ya que goza de excelente acceso marítimo, diversidad de climas tropicales que atraen no solo al turista sino también a cualquier inversionista; por las ventajas que ofrecen sus suelos para el desarrollo agrícola del sector. Estratégicamente se representa como un puente de conexión entre norte y Suramérica. Como resultado de la primera parte del proyecto, la investigación de mercados, se selecciono Honduras como mercado objetivo debido a sus altos puntajes en el resultado de la evaluación de la matriz con el método de ponderación por factor de puntos. Se analizaron variables como: exportaciones e importaciones del producto, aranceles, PIB, PIB per cápita, población, barreras de entrada, competencia, etc. Una vez se determino como posible destino Honduras, se apoyo en la proyección que existe actualmente en América Central, de convertir a este país en la plataforma logística de intermediación entre la parte norte y sur del continente, con el fin de mejorar el acceso al mercado centroamericano. Finalmente, de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en la investigación, se concluye, principalmente que dentro del departamento de Comercio Exterior se debe diseñar y estructurar un plan estratégico internacionalización anual donde se plantean con claridad las políticas y estrategias de internacionalización de la compañía para atender y cubrir nuevos y existentes mercados internacionales. Y una recomendación, es la implementación de la certificación internacional de BASC (business alliance for secure comerse).spa
dc.description.abstractNowadays, Central America is seen as a neglected by Colombians; because it is almost in its entirety stocked market and supply by foreign markets like United States, China and European countries. Central America is a group of countries that have high cultural wealth preserving native customs which today are managed and exploited comercial to strengthen their economies and infrastructure. Another very important feature is its geographical and strategic location because it enjoys excellent maritime Access, diversity of tropical climates that attract not only to tourists but also to any investor; by the advantages offered their soils for agricultural development sector. Strategically represented as a bridge between North and South America. As a result of the first part of the Project, the investigation of markets, select Honduras as target market due to their high scores in the outcome of the evaluation of the array with the weighting method by factor of points. Variables were analyzed as: exports and imports the product, tariffs, GDP, GDP per capita, population, barriers to entry, competition, etc. Once I determine as a posible target Honduras, support in the projection that currently exists in Central America, turn this country into the logistic platform of intermediation between northern and southern part of the continent, for better Access to the Central American market.
