Práctica empresarial como ingeniera de apoyo a gestión de infraestructura en Panamerican Dredging & Engineering

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo muestra las actividades realizadas durante las prácticas empresariales en el Departamento de Infraestructura de la empresa Panamerican Dredging & Engineering. El proceso de Gestión de Infraestructura tiene como objetivo asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y la máxima disponibilidad de la Infraestructura necesaria para la adecuada prestación de los servicios, la conservación del medio ambiente, la salud y seguridad de los colaboradores. Las actividades comprende la gestión de información con el fin de crear informes que permitan tomar decisiones, soporte técnico para la creación del Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial, control de la documentación de contratistas y barrido documental como aporte al Sistema Integrado de Gestión.

The following work shows the activities carried out during the business practices in the Infrastructure Department of the Panamerican Dredging & Engineering company. The Infrastructure Management process aims to ensure the correct functioning and maximum availability of the infrastructure necessary for the adequate provision of services, the conservation of the environment, the health and safety of employees. The activities include the management of information in order to create reports to make decisions, technical support for the creation of the Road Safety Strategic Plan, control of contractor documentation and document scanning as input to the Integrated Management System.
