Montaje de un centro de acopio para exportación de cacaos especiales finos de aroma en la ciudad de Lebrija-Santander

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como fundamento determinar la viabilidad para la creación de un Centro de acopio de cacao especiales fino de aroma en el municipio de Lebrija, Santander. Por este motivo el presente estudio se direccionó hacia el estudio y análisis de los diferentes factores que influyen directamente en la consecución del mismo como son los factores de mercado, técnicos, legales, administrativos, financieros, sociales, y ambientales. En la investigación el método utilizado es el analítico, puesto que se pretende obtener un análisis donde se estudian los hechos y fenómenos separando sus elementos constitutivos para determinar su importancia, la relación entre ellos, como están organizados y cómo funcionan estos elementos. Según FEDECACAO, Santander es el departamento más representativo en la producción de cacao en Colombia; de igual manera en el municipio de Lebrija se concentra gran parte de esta producción lo que evidentemente es una oportunidad para la región y el desarrollo de la investigación. Lo que se quiere con la investigación es contemplar desde todos los factores anteriormente mencionados la posibilidad de crear el centro de acopio con fines de exportación para generar mayores ingresos y a su vez aumentar los indicadores de exportación de la región para destacar a nivel nacional. Además de lo anterior, el centro de acopio traerá otros beneficios para la comunidad como la creación de empleo directo y mayor rentabilidad de los cultivos para los cacao-cultores de la región.

The present research project is based on determining the viability for the creation of a special fine cocoa collection center for aroma in the municipality of Lebrija, Santander. For this reason, the present study was directed towards the study and analysis of the different factors that directly influence its achievement, such as market, technical, legal, administrative, financial, social, and environmental factors. In research the analytical method is used, since it is intended to obtain an analysis where facts and phenomena are studied by separating their constituent elements to determine their importance, the relationship between them, how they are organized and how these elements work. According to FEDECACAO, Santander is the most representative department in the production of cocoa in Colombia; Likewise, in the municipality of Lebrija, a large part of this production is concentrated, which evidently is an opportunity for the region and the development of research. What is wanted with the research is to contemplate from all the factors mentioned above the possibility of creating the collection center for export purposes to generate higher revenues and in turn increase the export indicators of the region to stand out at the national level. In addition to the above, the collection center will bring other benefits for the community such as the creation of direct employment and greater profitability of the crops for the cocoa-cultores of the region.
