Apoyo a los procesos de ingeniería y planeación en proyectos que desarrolla la secretaría de planeación en el Municipio de Bucaramanga

Abstract

La Secretaría de Planeación de la Alcaldía del Municipio de Bucaramanga tiene dentro de sus funciones coordinar la ejecución y evaluación del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial como también adelantar funciones de regulación del uso del suelo, de conformidad con la normativa. En la práctica empresarial se realizaron labores relacionadas con el control y seguimiento de obras y edificaciones pre-existentes en el Municipio de Bucaramanga. Dentro de las labores estaba realizar visitas técnicas a las obras y verificar el cumplimiento de la norma para posteriormente realizar un informe técnico. Las visitas técnicas fueron realizadas bajo la supervisión de profesionales de la Secretaría de Planeación, en estas visitas técnicas se verificaba el cumplimiento exhaustivo de la normatividad de las obras civiles y edificaciones pre existentes. Posteriormente se realizaba un informe técnico con la información obtenida en la visita para determinar los ajustes e infracciones a las que debía responder el propietario. Los informes técnicos son remitidos al propietario y a las entidades que se encargan de cada infracción o proceso que deba seguir la obra o la edificación. Estas funciones de la Secretaría de Planeación cumplen un papel fundamental en el desarrollo y el orden del municipio.

The technical reports are sent to the owner and to the entities that are in charge of each infraction or process that the work or the building must follow. These functions of the Secretariat of Planning play a fundamental role in the development and order of the municipality.
