Evaluación Ambiental Estratégica del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos del Municipio San

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto evidencia el desarrollo de una Evaluación Ambiental Estratégica del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos —PGIRS, del Municipio de San Gil, mediante la descripción de las acciones desarrolladas por los diferentes actores y secretarias articuladas para cada uno de los trece (13) programas que conforman el Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos, evaluando el nivel de implementación de los programas, a través del seguimiento de todas las metas y actividades establecidas en el PGIRS. Para realizar la evaluación se utilizó el instrumento denominado Matriz de Evaluación y Seguimiento que permitió la consolidación de la evaluación. Adicionalmente, Se hizo acompañamiento a los comités que se efectúan de manera trimestral, en las que participa el grupo coordinador y el grupo técnico de trabajo, ACUASAN y la Oficina de Aseo del municipio. Como resultado del proyecto, se identificaron los avances, las dificultades y las oportunidades de mejora en la implementación del PGIRS del Municipio, definiendo un abanico de acciones correctivas necesarias para mejorar el impacto del plan.

With the following project we pretend to show the Strategic Evaluation of the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan of the City of San Gil through the actions descriptions developed by the different actors and articulated secretaries according to the goals established for each one of the thirteen (13) programs that make up the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan, looking for the compliance with the aforementioned goals, the evaluation and monitoring of said programs, evaluating all the activities of the PG IRS and observing the progress of each program according to the Evaluation and Monitoring Matrix. This follow-up activity has been made out through committees that are held every three months, in which the coordinating group and the technical working group are part of it. In addition, the planning secretariat monitors the programs through tracking matrices to comply with the activities established in the PGIRS, likewise ACUASAN follows up through the Cleaning Office. The evaluation and tracking was done out in order to identify the progress, difficulties and opportunities for improvement in the implementation of the Municipality 111's PGIRS, to define the necessary corrective actions.
