| dc.description.abstract | El informe presentado a continuación, describe el Apoyo administrativo y técnico en los proyectos de la Constructora RST LTDA. Se empezó con el conocimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ISO 9001:2000 otorgado a la empresa por el ICONTEC en el año 2004, su funcionamiento, contenido e implementación siendo la base para la partición en los procesos del sistema de gestión de calidad y la realización de las respectivas supervisiones técnicas de los proyectos asignados brindando de la mejor manera el soporte administrativo requerido por la Constructora. El desarrollo de la practica comprende la aplicación de herramientas, mecanismos y metodologías que dan paso al progreso en los procesos de: Calidad, comercial, construcción, compras y en la supervisión técnica de la obra “Construcción e instalación del gimnasio multifuerza patinodromo Roberto García Peña, ciudadela real de minas”. El sistema de gestión de calidad aporta de manera contundente a la optimización y mejora continua de los procesos de la empresa, debido a que los requisitos exigidos por la norma se cumplen a medida que se desarrollan cada una de las actividades realizadas en la práctica utilizando los documentos, formatos, instructivos y procedimientos de acuerdo a los lineamientos fijados por la constructora. Al final del documento se presentan los resultados de la supervisión técnica de obra del gimnasio multifuerza patinodromo Roberto García Peña, ciudadela real de minas teniendo en cuenta el control de compras, el plan de medición y seguimiento del proyecto, localización y replanteo y todos y cada una de las actividades que encierra esta supervisión, observando de manera clara el desarrollo de la practica. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The report then describes the administrative and technical support in the projects of the RST Construction LTDA. It started with the knowledge of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 awarded to the company by ICONTEC in 2004, its operation, content and implementation is the basis for the partition in the processes of the quality management system and performance of the respective technical oversight of assigned projects to provide the best administrative support required by the construction company. The development of the practice involves the application of tools, mechanisms and methodologies that lead to progress in the following processes: Quality, trade, construction, procurement and technical supervision of the work "Construction and installation of gym multifuerza patinodromo Roberto García Peña citadel real mine." The quality management system provides a robust way of optimization and continuous improvement of business processes, because the requirements of the rule are met as they develop each of the activities carried out in practice using documents, forms, instructions and procedures in accordance with the guidelines set by the builder.
