Apoyo técnico en supervisión de proyectos de ingeniería en la secretaría de infraestructura de la Alcaldía Municipal de Floridablanca

Abstract

Dentro de las actividades desarrolladas en la práctica empresarial se destacan la realización de presupuestos de obra, las visitas técnicas, que incluyeron el registro fotográfico y la interventoría de obras de interés para la secretaría de infraestructura. Durante el periodo realización de estas actividades se identifican diversos aspectos que son relevantes durante la ejecución de los proyectos, tales como la verificación de las especificaciones técnicas y el control de las obras, desde el punto de vista gerencial y urbanísticos. Se puede concluir que las actividades mencionadas realizadas de forma minuciosa en la secretaría de Infraestructura ayudan a la correcta ejecución de los proyectos. Among the activities carried out in the business practice are the realization of work budgets, the technical visits, which included the photographic register and the audit of works of interest for the secretariat of Infrastructure. During the period of these activities we identify different aspects that are relevant during the execution of the projects, such as the verification of the technical specifications and the control of the works, from the point of view management and urban planning. It can be concluded that the aforementioned activities carried out in a thorough way in the secretariat of infrastructure help to the correct progress of the projects.
