Abstract

El Fondo de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana de Valledupar VTONVISOCIALr es un establecimiento publico de orden municipal que propicia vivienda digna. mediante la gestión de recursos aplicando las políticas en materia de vivienda de orden Nacional. Departamental y Municipal para mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias del Departamento del Cesar. En estas prácticas el objetivo pnncipal fue revisar las obras y los proyectos que realiza el Fondo de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana de Vafiedupar, ofreciendo asi los conocimientos necesarios para desarrollar cada una de las tareas pertinentemente delegadas por el Arquitecto encargado de supervisar las prácticas empresariales para poder lograr así cada uno de los objetivos específicos planteados durante el desarrollo de estas mismas Se trabajaron en diferentes proyectos en pro del mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de las familias Valduparences. ofreciendo asi asistencia técnica y personal en la realización de los diferentes mejoramientos establecidos por el Departamento de Prosperidad Social \"DPSN" para beneficiar a un total de doce mil familias en las áreas urbanas y rurales del Municipio de Valledupar. beneficiando a poblaciones como La Paz. Las Jagua de Ibirico y Becernl con una inversión promedio de treinta dos mil millones de pesos Los resultados fueron positivos. se obtuvieron diferentes conocimientos entre ellos el manejo de software generando asi uno de los mayores retos durante el transcurso del desarrollo de las practicas ya que muchas de las actividades realizadas dependían del buen manejo de software AUTOCAD para poder cumplirlas lo que fue esencial reforzar conocimientos para poder lograrlas y terminar con éxito cada uno de estas actividades
