Diseñar un modelo de control de inventario para mejorar la gestión de repuestos en el área de mantenimiento de Distraves S.A.S

Abstract

El propósito de este proyecto es diseñar un modelo de control de inventario a partir de los modelos de investigación de operaciones que permita controlar la gestión de repuestos en el área de mantenimiento de Distraves S.A.S. El diseño se realiza mediante el uso de una herramienta ofimática teniendo como base una investigación experimental, manipulando las variables que caracterizan al modelo de inventario. Se determina las máquinas a las que se les realiza con frecuencia un mantenimiento preventivo como correctivo y el tiempo en que tarda en ejecutar la acción. A su vez se realiza una comparación con el tiempo de producción de cada máquina, evidenciando que la empresa invierte alrededor de un 7% del tiempo en realizar los mantenimientos. Finalmente se determina el inventario de las máquinas y se analiza el comportamiento de las variables en el modelo de inventario diseñado, considerando la demanda durante el año, de esta manera es posible determinar los niveles de stock y el punto de reorden para dichos repuestos.

The intention of this project is to design an inventory control model from the models of investigation of operations that allows to controlling the management of supplies in the maintenance area of Distraves S.A.S . The design is done through the use of an office tool based on an experimental research, manipulating the variables that characterize the inventory model. It determines the machines to which they are frequently performed preventive maintenance as a corrective and the time it takes to execute the action. At the same time make a comparison with the time of production of every machine, demonstrating that the company invests 7 % of the time in realizing the maintenances. Finally the inventory of the machines is determined and the behavior of the variables is analyzed in the inventory model designed, considering the demand during the last year, in this way it is possible to determine the stock levels and the reorder point.
