Asistencia y respaldo en las labores que conciernen a la Dependencia de Infraestructura de la Alcaldía Municipal de Piedecuesta

Abstract

En este estudio la practicante se vio involucrada con la alcaldía municipal de Piedecuesta la cual cuenta entre sus dependencias con la secretaría de infraestructura, que se encarga de ejecutar, supervisar, controlar y construir obras públicas. Al tener a su cargo tantas funciones no contaba con un adecuado formato para realizar licitaciones, ni con un banco de especificaciones técnicas, por esta razón la practicante creo una hoja de Excel con 366 ítems adecuados al formato INVIAS, 309 adiciones de análisis de precios unitarios a la base de datos de la alcaldía, realizó un banco de especificaciones técnicas, contribuyó con las cantidades de obra de una de las principales vías de acceso al municipio y realizó visitas a obra. Para la elaboración de estas labores y el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados la practicante trabajó en base al formato original del INVIAS, instauró listas de validación de datos sobre equipos, materiales en obra y transporte, creó los cálculos directos e investigó el proceso constructivo de cada APU, usó la herramienta AutoCAD para las cantidades de obra y trabajó con la comunidad atendiendo las peticiones realizadas a la entidad, el documento presentado a continuación expone detalladamente los procesos de ingeniería civil realizados durante 4 meses y presenta cada una de las vivencias adquiridas por la practicante.

In this study, the practitioner was involved with the municipal council of Piedecuesta which has among its dependencies the infrastructure secretariat, which is responsible for executing, supervising, controlling and constructing public works. When she was in charge of so many functions she did not have an adequate format to carry out tenders, nor with a bank of technical specifications, for this reason the practitioner created an Excel sheet with 366 items suitable for the INVIAS format, 309 additions of unit price analysis. To the database of the municipality, made a bank of technical specifications, contributed with the quantities of work of one of the main access roads to the municipality and made site visits. For the elaboration of these tasks and the fulfillment of the stated objectives, the practitioner worked based on the original format of !NAAS, established validation lists of data on equipment, on-site materials and transportation, created the direct calculations and investigated the construction process of each APU, used the AutoCAD tool for the quantities of work and worked with the community in response to requests made to the entity, the document presented below details in detail the civil engineering processes carried out during 4 months and presents each of the experiences acquired by the practicing.
