Relación entre el desarrollo socioafectivo del niño en la primera infancia y los cambios en el rol materno a partir de la incorporación de la madre en el ámbito laboral

Abstract

En la presente monografía se realiza una revisión bibliográfica acerca de los cambios en el rol materno y el desarrollo socioafectivo del niño en la primera infancia, a partir de la participación de la madre en el ámbito laboral desde una mirada sistémica. Se hace un análisis con base en el planteamiento teórico del modelo estructural; se obtiene como resultado que, si bien hay una sobrecarga de roles para la madre, es una fase normativa en el ciclo evolutivo y dependerá del grado de ajuste y adaptabilidad de la familia para afrontarlo. Por otro lado, el desarrollo socioafectivo del niño, en términos de Minuchin, no se verá perjudicado a menos que exista un inadecuado funcionamiento en la estructura familiar. In the present monograph a bibliographic review is made about the changes in the maternal role and the socioaffective development of the child in early childhood, from the participation of the mother in the workforce from a systemic view. An analysis is made based on the theoretical approach of the structural model; it is obtained as results that, although there is an overload of roles for the mother, it is a normative phase in the evolutionary cycle and will depend on the degree of adjustment and adaptability of the family to face it, on the other hand, the socioaffective development of the child, as Minuchin has said, will not be harmed unless there is an inadequate functioning in the family structure.
