Recurso educativo digital del régimen discente para la educación superior de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana Seccional Bucaramang

Abstract

La UPB reconoce la importancia de publicar oportunamente el Régimen Discente, por tanto, lo distribuye cada semestre en forma física a cada uno de los nuevos estudiantes matriculados en sus programas académicos. Así mismo, es socializado durante el curso introductorio y promovida su lectura por las distintas dependencias. Se ha identificado que muchos estudiantes desconocen el Régimen Discente vigente y por tanto, poco recurren a él como documento que orienta sus derechos y deberes enmarcados en una filosofía institucional; aspecto que conlleva a la identificación del problema y que procura solucionar el presente proyecto de grado a través del desarrollo e implementación de un curso virtual usando la plataforma Moodle. Este trabajo se justifica en la medida que favorece el reconocimiento de la normativa institucional por parte de los estudiantes con la orientación de los docentes y está disponible en la web para futuras consultas. Los recursos necesarios para su implementación son económicos y están disponibles actualmente en la universidad. El objetivo general del presente proyecto se refiere a Implementar un Recurso Educativo Digital que promueva en los estudiantes de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana la apropiación de los diferentes elementos normativos del Régimen Discente, con el fin de mejorar su divulgación y reconocimiento. Para lograrlo, se fundamentó en las teorías propias del Aprendizaje Significativo y se valió del modelo ADDIE para hacer el desarrollo metodológico. Luego de su implementación se pudo concluir que los Recursos Digitales son herramientas que logran la apropiación de la normativa institucional en tanto permiten el uso de recursos atractivos para los estudiantes a bajos costos; los cursos en Moodle favorecen la publicación de material normativo fundamentado en el Modelo Pedagógico Constructivista y los estudiantes participantes de la implementación valoraron favorablemente el Recurso indicando su utilidad y pertinencia con el contenido del Régimen Discente vigente.

The UPB recognizes the importance of timely publication of the Regimen Discente, therefore, it distributes each semester in physical form to each of the new students enrolled in their academic programs. Likewise, it is socialized during the introductory course and promoted by the different departments. It has been identified that many students are unaware of the current Regimen Discente and, therefore, rarely resort to it as a document that guides their rights and duties framed in an institutional philosophy; aspect that leads to the identification of the problem and that seeks to solve the present degree project through the development and implementation of a virtual course using the Moodie platform. This work is justified to the extent that it favors the recognition of institutional regulations by students with the guidance of teachers and is available on the web for future reference. The resources necessary for its implementation are economic and are currently available at the university. The general objective of this project is to implement a Recurso Educativo Digital that promotes the appropriation of the different normative elements of the Regimen Discente in the students of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, in order to improve its dissemination and recognition. To achieve this, it was based on the theories of Significant Learning and used the ADDIE model to make the methodological development. After its implementation it was possible to conclude that Digital Resources are tools that achieve the appropriation of the institutional regulations in that they allow the use of attractive resources for students at low costs; the courses in Moodie favor the publication of normative material based on the Constructivist Pedagogical Model and the students participating in the implementation favorably evaluated the Resource indicating its usefulness and relevance with the content of the current Regimen Discente.
