Perspectiva Sistémica de las Disfunciones Sexuales en el Contexto Matrimonial: Más Allá de lo Biológico

Abstract

Pensar en las disfunciones sexuales en el contexto matrimonial se asocia, casi de inmediato, con el área biológica de la situación. La persona que consulta lo hace en solitario o su pareja se queda en la sala de espera. Se insiste en tratar, por ejemplo, las causas de la disminución del deseo sexual como "algo que le falta al cuerpo". Esto obedece a una lógica ordinaria" donde las cosas deben tener coherencia y un hilo conductor lineal que explique la causa y el efecto. Sin embargo, el deseo sexual no se puede limitar al efecto de una hormona sobre los órganos sexuales. Se hace necesaria una exploración más amplia y desde otra perspectiva sobre el tema, en la cual se tengan en cuenta, además de las necesarias definiciones y algo de historia, los diferentes sistemas con los que se relaciona la persona. En busca de un objetivo más acorde al pensamiento sistémico: disfrutar de la vida sexual. Lo cual debe incluir los aspectos propios de la sexualidad humana: lo biológico; lo psicológico (pensamientos, comunicación, intimidad, emociones, afectos, deseos y necesidades); lo relacional, lo cultural y lo social. En términos de Bromfenbrenner. en su modelo ecológico. se deben considerar las estructuras del ambiente: el microsistema, el mesosistema, el exosistema e, incluso, el macrosistema en los que se encuentra inmerso la persona y la pareja. Sin dejar de lado nociones como comunicación, individualidad, narrativa, doble escucha, circularidad e interacción, entre otras.

Without leaving aside notions such as communication, individuality, narrative, double listening, circularity and interaction, among others.
