Diseño, documentación, implementación y evaluación de un sistema de gestión de calidad para la tecnológia Fitec basado en la NTC ISO 9001:2000

Abstract

Este documento presenta los fundamentos teóricos necesarios para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC) en la Tecnológica FITEC. Es necesario mencionar que la Norma NTC ISO 9001:2000 es la base principal sobre la cual se soporta el SGC. En la actualidad la Tecnológica FITEC maneja el Proyecto Educativo Institucional con la normatividad que exige el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y la filosofía Fiteista; apoyados en esta estructura se decide respaldarlo con un SGC que les permita cumplir con éxito su labor educativa y dar mayor satisfacción a sus estudiantes. Es por ello que la Tecnológica FITEC, pretende mediante el diseño, documentación, implementación y evaluación de un SGC, ofrecer un servicio que cumpla con los requisitos del cliente, la normatividad educativa y los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2000. El presente trabajo contiene una descripción de la institución, un marco teórico que ubica al lector en el área de la calidad y la metodología utilizada para la elaboración del proyecto. Para identificar el punto de partida del Sistema se realizó una etapa de diagnóstico inicial con el fin de visualizar en que etapa se encontraba la Institución. Se delegó los responsables del sistema, se definió la política y los objetivos de calidad, el mapa de procesos, las caracterizaciones y el manual de calidad. Posteriormente se diseñó la estructura documental y cada uno de los documentos y registros que la componen. En esta etapa se socializaron los documentos y se diligenciaron los formatos del sistema, conjuntamente se realizaron jornadas de sensibilización y capacitación a la comunidad Fiteista, con el fin de garantizar la apropiación del Sistema. Finalmente, se realizó la auditoría interna de calidad y se plantearon las acciones de mejora. Al finalizar el libro se presentan las conclusiones y recomendac ones para el mantenimiento del Sistema de Calidad en la Tecnológica FITEC.

This document presents the theoretical foundations necessary for the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the Technology FITEC. It should be noted that the NTC Standard ISO 9001:2000 is the principal basis which supports the QMS. The FITEC Technology currently manages the Institutional Educational Project with the standards required by the Ministry of National Education and Fiteista philosophy, this structure is supported by strong support from a Quality Management System to enable them to successfully meet its education and give greater satisfaction to its students. That is why FITEC Technology, attempts by the design, documentation, implementation and evaluation of a Quality Management System, to offer a service that meets customer requirements, standards and educational requirements of ISO 9001: 2000. This paper contains a description of the institution, a theoretical framework that places the reader in the area of quality and methodology used to prepare the project. To identify the starting point of the system, a stage of initial diagnosis was made in order to display on what stage the institution was. The persons in charge of the system were delegated; policy and quality objectives were defined, besides the process map, the characterizations and the quality manual. Subsequently the documental structure was designed and each of the documents and records which compose it. In this step the documents of the system were socialized and the formats of the system were proceed, jointly, training and awareness days of the Fiteista community were conducted to ensure the system appropriation. Finally, the audit of internal quality was made and the improvement actions were planned. At the end of the book were presented the findings and recommendations for maintaining the Quality System in Technology FITEC.
