Organización y mejora continúa del proceso productivo en la Empresa METALCRIS

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo de grado se realizó en la empresa METALCRIS; este se tituló “Organización Y Mejora Continua Del Proceso Productivo En La Empresa METALCRIS” el cual se basa en la aplicación de una mejor distribución de planta para reducir tiempos de entrega, acompañado de herramientas como el software ARENAS con el fin de simular el proceso en la empresa y ayudar a detectar falencias y cuellos de botella en la cadena productiva, igualmente la implementación de 5´s generando motivación, ambiente laboral agradable y embellecimiento del área de producción, adicionalmente se incentivó al personal directivo a ver de forma diferente al talento humano de la empresa, es decir, se logró replantear los principios arcaicos de administración de la empresa con el fin de aumentar el valor del talento humano, por lo tanto se estableció que el personal, es un activo más que requiere una inversión y trato especial, lográndose por medio de capacitación, implementación de equipos de seguridad, elaboración del manual de cargos. Adicionalmente se logró que la empresa contemplara todos los recursos al fabricar, obteniendo como resultado cotizaciones más justas para la empresa y para el cliente, gracias a la implementación de un costeo ABC y del software SOLIDEGAS, logrando como resultado final una mejora en sus procesos de producción. Además a esto, se logró explorar al máximo las fortalezas y oportunidades de la empresa dando como resultado la apertura de nuevos mercados, pues la empresa logro incrementar sus ingresos por medio de una diferente línea de negocio, que hoy en día, es la más importante de la empresa.

The following degree work was carried out in the METALCRIS company; This was entitled "Organization and improvement continues of the process productive in the company METALCRIS" which is based on the implementation of a better distribution of plant to reduce delivery times, accompanied by tools such as software ARENAS in order to simulate the process in the company and help detect flaws and bottlenecks in the supply chainalso the implementation of 5´s generating motivation, pleasant working environment and beautification of the area of production, are additionally encouraged managers to see differently to the talent of the company, i.e., was rethinking the archaic principles of enterprise management in order to increase the value of the human talent, so it was established that the staffIt is an asset that requires an investment and special treatment, achieved through training, deployment of security, elaboration and implementation of the manual of positions. In addition was the company provided all the resources to manufacture, thus obtaining fair prices for the company and the client, thanks to the implementation of a costing ABC and to the implementation of the software SOLIDEGAS, ultimately achieving an improvement in their production processes. In addition to this, it was achieved to explore to the maximum the strengths and opportunities of the company giving like proved the opening of new markets, since I achieve the company to increase his income by means of a different line of business, that nowadays, it is the most important of the company.
